Park Motel and Cabins

We live near Bend Oregon and whenever we want a getaway to the coast, we stay at Clancy’s place. They are VERY clean. The friendliest staff ever. Their cleaning crew is always working and on site. We truly can’t say enough great things about them. We always stay in a cabin—- which we LOVE —- but I think we are going to try the A Frame next time just to mix it up a bit. Quick tip, ask for a kitchen box if you’re staying in a cabin, and floor towels if you’re there during wet months. It will help keep the floors cleaner. And finally— we love the upgrades they’ve done to the cabins. New flooring, updated light fixtures. The quad King room was also very clean, and updated.

The small details of the room were great. The staff were incredibly nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. The seating area outside was really nice to hang out in. Would definitely stay here again.

Is this the fanciest place in Florence you will stay? No. It's a little run down overall and the driveway coming in could be better, but it's exactly what I expected for the price and the staff was fantastic.

All 6 of us could stay in one cabin, Hugh table, full size fridge, electric fireplace (couldn’t get the flames to work) and lots of bedroom space , Perfect tiny bathroom, lots of towels and wash clothes, nothing else was needed.

The black widow spiders! We found one in the downstairs bedroom corner with a egg sack, when we smashed it baby spiders started running out! THEN we couldn’t relax until we checked out every nook and cranny, under furniture and behind beds. Asked for spider spray but didn’t receive any. Traffic noise.

Loved having washer and dryer onsite; owner was very personable; loved parking outside room

Different habits of cleaning crew, one would provide excellent service (tall one was really helpful); others not so much Room was not properly illuminated around dining area especially at night, difficult to see when we ate

Comfortable beds. Nice recliner. Fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom very nice. Love the shower. Also has a table and 2 chairs. Large room.

No phone service in the rooms. On the 2nd day, tv kept having issues. Manager kept trying to fix until he got it on again. Kudos to him. Rooms very clean. Floors have carpet. Was clean, but I prefer without. Very friendly and helpful staff! Need different curtains, and get rid of the signs in the room.

I loved how it felt like home, the room was exceptional. I also loved the kitchenette. Plus the bathroom was clean and modern with an amazing clean tub. The property was clean and cozy! The common area outside was so nice and comfortable, the fire table and heater added the perfect esthetic.

Some of the attitude from the office staff, I checked out properly and respectful. And I was spoken to rudely; the lady stated thank you, you are dismissed! Maybe it was just me but it felt rude and that is no way to speak to any paying customer,just saying. However, the rooms are a great place and very nostalgic so it is worth it!

Clean EVERYTHING, kind and attentive staff, great outdoor area with a fire ring, and to hang out and eat. We were pleasantly surprised that the beds were separated by a door for privacy while traveling with kids. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably. We pretty much always stay in 2-star hotels, this is the cleanest and most pleasant we've ever been to.

King size bed was hard, uncomfortably so. The queen bed was OK. We got an extra bed for the room (usually it's a rollaway bed) it was an Intex queen size bed height blowup mattress, not particularly comfortable, it had a slow leak.

Great location! Quaint facilities. Dog area is wonderful!! Staff is very friendly!

The beautiful Pergola has turned into a smoke shack. Was looking forward to enjoying it, under the sunset with a glass of wine, but there are ashes all over the cushions and it smells of smoke. Did not realize that it would be $25/dog per night. That is not in the listing. They ARE dog friendly but a two night stay with 2 dogs was a $100 extra.

It was super clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent. Housekeeping was super nice and efficient and the grounds are adorable.

The only thing we were surprised about was the pet fee upon arrival. We looked for pet fee prices before arriving and couldn’t find anything on booking.com. And on their website under faq and on their room descriptions, it says it’s $15/per pet/night however we were charged $20/per pet/night. We even called before hand to ask about pets and never was told about a pet fee. We were more than ok paying a pet fee but feel this needs to be explicitly stated on their website (and also when people inquire over the phone). We feel like we should have been given the rate that they have listed on their website considering it would have saved us about $60.

The overall look of the motel, decor, covered firepit gathering place. The cabins from the outside were very inviting. Extra touch of firepit and chairs. The rooms and grounds are all very will kept.

What could have been better was the noise of the hwy (which softened into the night), but mostly the noise from the kids in the room next to mine. From 7ish until adults came to the room around 8:45ish, the noise of them all horsing around sounded like fun until were obviously wrestling as the hit the wall several times, and into the wall where I was leaning back on the bed. The wall moved and jarred the nightstand with my stuff on it. I did not wish to call and complain or go next door. They settled down soon after the adults intervened.
