The location is at a top of a hill. I was able to walk to Old Town Florence easily and I found the walk up the hill to be good exercise. My room had a very large spa tub that was wonderful! The setting in the trees is very beautiful! The Three Rivers shuttle is available from this hotel, but be prepared to walk down and up the driveway. The staff was were receptive and helpful.

Love the idea of a coffee pot in the room, but I did buy my own coffee and coffee filters. The coffee supplied could have been better and the filters were too small. Also, be prepared for light to stream into the room early morning. Breakfast consisted of small oatmeal packers. Fruit and breakfast rolls would have been nice. Also, breakfast w

First off the gentleman who checked us in was amazing. The bed was the BEST I have ever slept in. I was actually going to look for the brand of mattress and forgot. We did not know we had a fluid leaking from our Corvette and a very nice man went out of his way to call us after we left to tell us he was concerned, and did we know we had a leak? I apologized for any mess it made, but he was just concerned about our safety. That was incredible. Ends up everything was fine, but we truly appreciated his phone call. And this place is sooooo quiet. Perfect for a coastal getaway. We will definitely be back!

The driveway! Our low car did not approve. But we made it and believe me, that hill is worth going up when you have a wonderful stay like we did.

A very large room with two super comfortable beds. Breakfast table and fridge made it easy to start the day from our room. Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with advice. We drove to Old Town and found many cute restaurants with sidewalk cafes and a neat art gallery and bar with music.

The entrance drive was a very steep slope, not expected but well lit. The location was nearby the highway though the noise and view was blocked with large evergreens. The neighborhood was not in the tourist area, but it was a comfy place for an overnight.

Location up a steep hill was unusual and setting was nice.

Reception was distracted and neglected to give us an info sheet on dining, Wifi password, etc. Impossible to get a reservation for dinner after making six or seven attempts so we ended up at a bar. Recommendation to Booking.com would be that they make people aware that although the Coast doesn’t seem crowded, opportunities for restaurant dining are limited and reservations need to be made well in advance.

The check in and check out times more than met our need for some extra rest!! The courtesy of the receptionist upon checking in was very welcoming! Just the drive up the hill and seeing the setting - made us feel like we were in the Alps of Europe. Conversations on our departure with the owners.

The room was just a bit smaller than expected, but the quiet, comfort, and ease of access was excellent!

I was given a much larger room than expected and really appreciated it. It was much more than your standard hotel room with a living room area and a separate bedroom.

I was first put in a room on the ground floor which I did not like because it was noisy at night with someone above me. I requested to be moved to an upstairs room and the hotel accommodated my request.

This place is up on a hill, overlooking the town and feels like a private little paradise! The bed was clean and comfortable, and there's a ton of space in the room.

It would have been perfect, but the person who checked us in was not very friendly. It could also use a bit of an upgrade from the 80s-90s, but that's not a big deal.

This was our sixth or seventh (or eighth) stay at Landmark Inn. Obviously it's our favorite place to stay in Florence. Great staff. Well-appointed spaciousr ooms. Great light, lots of windows. Walking distance to town. Can't go wrong.

Only one thing - some beds are soft, some are firm. We prefer firm. They are not always available.

The sense of privacy was excellent! Looking out the windows to be surrounded by trees and shrubs & the sky was so comforting. Loved the recliner chairs and being able to sit in the sun there. The kitchen was wonderfully adequate - if I stayed longer I would have made better use of it.

The darn refrigerator was so noisy doing its job! I woke up several times during the night because of it. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent.
