Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center Across from Casino

I loved the lamps that are in the room. It has a nice design. It had a microwave and small fridge nice size tv with lots of channels. I liked that the shower head had 3 settings. It was nice and bright where the sink is. The sink isn't in the bathroom and that's different but I liked it. There are 2 large mirrors. I'd stay here again however I'd request more towels and pillows.

The door would get stuck and you had to push really hard to open. Not enough parking. It was hard to find a spot by our room. There were only 2 pillows and 2 towels plus the beds i don't know if it cause there too soft or if there that way from a lot of people sleeping in it and the room seemed small. I would consider this more a motel than a hotel since all the rooms are on the outside of it

I stay there about every other month for work to visit my clients that are placed in a residential treatment facility in Erie, I have noticed the improvements being made to the rooms/property and have been very pleased. I appreciate being able to smoke in the room.

I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast options (just cereal, bread and waffles) as I'm not able to eat bread. Maybe I just caught an off day.

The employees were very nice, respectful and friendly. The gentleman who checked us in gave us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub as soon as we got there which was very nice, Although he was not aware of it this it was our anniversary and one of the first things we have been able to do without kids or grandkids we are raising that was with just us 2. There is so much that is so accessible from your hotel as well, I loved that we could do an unlimited amount of things and drive only 15 minutes away.

nothing, not all of the jets worked in the tub but, that is the only thing I could find but, it was free so it really was not a negative for us.

I've been to the other establishments around the area since I'm working close by and I'm the happiest and coziest here at Quality Inn. The front desk folks have been super nice and have had the pleasure to talk to one of the owners and couldn't be happier with all around service communication. Super nice lobby and banquet room, there's a nice Bar inside with good food, a gaming room with pool tables and other games for the kids. Very clean and taken care of. I plan on staying longer if I can.

I liked everything

The location was good for us. The breakfast was good. A lot to choose from. Finally after three years to see a hot breakfast served once again! The only down side was that the juice was watered down. The bar restaurant food was amazing along with drink specials!

The pool itself was great!! A good size pool area. With all that space, it needed more tables to sit at along with more chain general.

The staff was friendly. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The walkway could have used an update with crumbling walls abs rust. Also the threshold into my room was all disheveled. BUT the beds were clean and comfortable. Having booked sometime ago and I think sort of a pricier overnight. I would have liked an upper floor. Breakfast was good. The main lobby area and dining was warm and clean. Clean linens too. I’ve stayed at many quality inns. My fave thus far is one in Jersey near the bridge.

Just the run down walk ways and room. They can use an upgrade. It reminded me of a movie with Wilem Defoe. 😂That’s it.

The main attraction for our stay was blackjax bar and grill. It was very convenient and had an excellent time each and every time we went there. From karaoke on Friday night to a peaceful quiet dinner on Tuesday, it was an excellent experience every time.

I would not call it a dislike but the appearance and parking lot do need some attention. There was evidence of renovations in progress during our stay. I’m sure our next stay, things will look different.

I liked that everything was easy to get too.. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was good and not very expensive. And bar was nice.

The building was a little run down. Needs updated.

For the price I paid to stay here for one night I would say it was worth it. Our room was very clean, a little worn but clean. I smelled ok and was very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel was great. Best wings I ever had. Black Jax was the name. Breakfast was so so but good enough to grab a bit before leaving. I would stay again if I'm in the area. Pool is nice too.

The upkeep on the outside could be better. But I don't criticize these days for lack of employees.

We liked the breakfast. We enjoyed the bar, at the Inn. (Elena, the bartender, and the rest of the staff made our experience fun!!!) We will take a swim next time.
