The hotel staff were amazing!! We really appreciated that they seemed to go above and beyond, despite undoubtedly being overworked during such a busy game weekend. Demonte in particular offered to bring pillows up to us when we requested more, depsite assuring him it would be okay if we went down to meet him. They just seemed to go above and beyond. Also, the shuttle and shuttle driver were more that accommodating for getting us where we needed to go, whether it be the trolly for game Sunday or the pickup/drop off at the market Square. He seemed like a great guy.

Pillows were a bit thin, we had to request more.

Good room, clean and comfortable, nice even temperature maintained in the room as well.

The phone in the room had some sort of issue, the red message light kept blinking and we couldn't clear it so threw a towel over it to cover up at night. We had a three night stay and the room wasn't well stocked for Toilet Paper, seen cleaning crew in the hallway and asked for some, they said we had to ask the front desk ourselves for it. So, since there was some sort of telephone issue (not workng properly) we took the elevator (8 floors down) walked to the front desk and asked for some (yep, other people waiting in line got to watch and listen in as my husband had to raise his voice to ask for "TP' since the hotel clerk had difficulty understanding what we needed! Question, why couldn't the cleaning staff just contact the front desk to get approval to give us the Toilet Paper?????

Breakfast is great and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very good - beds are big and comfortable and rooms include a mini-fridge too.

We stayed for 4 nights but didn't get any housekeeping visits during our stay. I am happy to make my own bed and hang up towels so not a huge problem but it does help to get rid of rubbish and the small bins were a bit overloaded by the time we left.

All of the staff members working this weekend were all helpful and friendly. Especially those there on Saturday. Breakfast provided was also good.

Considering covid, I feel like surfaces could have been cleaner. Mostly in common areas and all high touch surfaces. There were disinfectant wipes available for guest in the dining area which were nice to have. The air quality could have been better in the room. Air filter in AC unit is probably due for a change or cleaning.

I had to leave before breakfast started and had ask about the grab n go but the desk didn't think they had much to offer

the desk called once got to room about vehicles and I told him then e said usually charge for parking. but he said would waiv that. Someone staying at your facility should not have to pay to park in your parking lot which is clearly just for the hotel.

I thought that the staff was very kind and professional. The bed in my room was comfortable, and I was pleased that a coffee maker, a mini fridge, and a microwave were available to use if needed. I was happy there was a continental breakfast (though there could have been more food options, like eggs), I also appreciate that checkout wasn't until 12pm noon.

The location was a little too far walking distance to shop at stores, and the parking is too expensive. The rooms are ok, but could be more appealing. Also, I was offered a cheaper rate online, but it wasn't reflected in the computer when I checked in and I was charged more... not happy about that!!

They have a decent hot breakfast with a shuttle to U. Of Pittsburgh and CMU that does not run on Mondays but is available on demand. It is located at the end of Forbes Ave.

The property maintainance is not up to pair with the price. The business center had a computer and printer out of service; the carpet in my room was wet next to the AC unit and the bathroom sink was leaking. Staff was mostly kind with the exception of one receptionist who was brisk the evening we arrived.

Staff was very helpful and front desk was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was polite and helpful

The room was small and the hotel did not have our correct room with two beds in it that I reserved available. My college daughter could not stay with us.

Customer service was excellent. I called to let them know we would be arriving late. They said no problem. They immediately moved us to another room when bathroom door didnt close. They had a shuttle and recommended a few places to to for dinner. Shuttle driver was wonderful. Facility very clean. Would stay here again.

The only suggestion I would make is 6-9 breakfast on a Sunday morning is a little early. Came down at 8:45 and the eggs and sausage were very scarce. Bread/bagel drawers were empty. I decided on a waffle so I didn't go hungry.
