Breakfast was pretty good with the exception of the coffee.

The coffee was awful. I'm not too picky about my coffee but what they served there was awful. I had to add hot chocolate to it to be able to drink it and that didn't take care of the flavor of the coffee. They need to change the brand of their coffee or do something. We ended up going to a nearby gas station/store to get coffee every morning. Also, one late afternoon/evening somebody apparently was smoking on the 2nd floor, and smoke came into our room. Then later in the evening the smoke was throughout 2nd floor and the elevators. Front desk got many complaints.

It was a very nice hotel, very clean and the room was comfy and as expected. The breakfast was very nice and the hotel itself was very beautiful and seemed like a brand new hotel. Very friendly staff as we had a problem with our room cards and the lady at the front desk fixed it immediately!

It was very noisy, we could easily hear people above us in the night and beside us stomping and running around. I don’t believe it was the hotels fault, but I’ve never encountered a noise issue before like this one. The hardwood floors probably played a big role in the noise, it woke us up a few times in the early morning, even the doors were very loud. I personally feel that it was a bit high for the location. The Comfort Inn and suites right next to the Cool Springs Galleria was going for a bit cheaper and it was in walking distance of a bunch of attractions and restaurants, but we weren’t able to stay at that one sadly.

Once we moved rooms our stay was everything we expected. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, and the staff were AMAZING! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

Initially our room smelled like smoke, especially in the bathroom. It seemed as though it was coming through the vent. The tiles by the swimming pool are SLICK when wet. They aren't the correct tiles for a swimming area.

Breakfast smelled amazing. You could smell the food when I stepped out of my 2nd floor room. I stopped by to see what they had & it looked as good as it smelled!!! Very clean & tidy in addition to the looks. The room was very thoughtfully laid out with USB ports at the bed, on the lamp at the desk, etc. easy to get access. The beds are comfortable with good pillows. The entire hotel was very clean & inviting. The staff was great!!

I missed not having a bath tub to have a long hot bath after traveling all day.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located and was not affected by the construction going on nearby. The room was clean and well appointed. It appeared to be recently renovated. Towels were soft. Breakfast was good. I believe we will stay there again when in this area.

It took a while before we got water hot enough to shower although it was fine when it arrived. There were crackers under both hassocks when we moved them. Might get housekeeping to move things when the vacuum.

Spacious rooms in the 2 queen suites, laundry area was good, breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff is outstanding! Every day we came back to a freshly cleaned and well stocked room.

The reception phone is terrible. If you need to call them there's a loud crackle .I called 3 times, same thing, so must be their phone.

Great location. Our go-to lodging when traveling to the area. Conveniently located just off the interstate, the hotel shares a parking lot with a fuel station/gift shop/restaurant, a package store, a vape shop, and a Mexican restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice sized indoor pool.

Lack of options in fitness center. A small rack of dumbbells would be a nice addition.

the lady who manned the desk each evening was a blessing and more than helpful to all our requests,

seemed to be a problem with enough people to clean rooms as our bed wasn't made first day and trash wasn't removed second day breakfast was timely and waffles were great but the eggs and sausages were not very good at all

we had a big spacious room and bathroom. we were in a handicap room and the room was great. the lounge couch was very comfortable and you could see the tv from the couch and bed. the breakfast was great and it was an easy check in and check out. I will stay there again. great location close to the interstate and close to restaurants.

with my experience there, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Kind and helpful staff members. Saturday evening Sean printed my ticket from my phone for me. I don't own a printer and do not have access to one. He was so kind to do that for me. Very convenient location. Over all it was a clean environment and I felt safe traveling alone.

Large stain on carpet near closet. There's an area of settling plaster or some other problem in the window frame facing toward the closet. Shower set up is somewhat dangerous allowing too much water on the bathroom floor. This is an increased fall risk. There was a large water spill in buffet area by hot foods which was another fall risk this morning. I couldn't get the toaster to work today. These are not complaints. These are my concerns for the safety of staff members and other patrons. Thanks for the chance to share these.
