Hyatt House Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs

I loved the customer service received from front desk and the breakfast staff. Tree and Malik greeted us so kindly during our stay. Walter from the breakfast staff was super friendly and you can tell he works hard. I hope they all get a raise soon! I enjoyed the breakfast but wish they had the inlet station like before. I liked the coffee and creamers. The facility overall was super clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Good water pressure and enjoyed the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. I think next time if we can get the suite since the room we had was a little tight fitting but was fine overall. The pool was nice and I saw a lot of people using the workout room which looked nice.

The property needed minor updates. The 1st level hallway smelled frequently during our stay of sewage and other food smells that I am not sure where it was coming from but thankfully this smell didn’t enter our room. Also, I wish the temperature would stay at the setting it was at. There would time we would turn down the temperature but it would not stay there and the room would become stuffy. I wish there was a little more hot food variety but breakfast served its purpose for myself and family.

The location was close to everything and staff was nice, also the Franklin Pride mixer was a bonus being that we were visiting from Chicago

I had to extend my stay for an extra day due to my partner needing to have emergency surgery Saturday night and wasn’t released until Wednesday when my check out was Monday but I just wished that extra stay was discounted to the rate I had instead of paying more due to the circumstances that I explained to the front desk. The night person saw us basically carry her out of the hotel and I even asked him where the closest ER was for me to take her. I only extended the stay for shower and to keep my luggage until I drove back to Chicago so that was my only negative

the staff were super friendly, everyone around us was so nice and welcoming. we felt right at home for the night! breakfast was good. the location was very convenient and everything we wanted to do was within 10 minutes of the Hyatt House, we will definitely be back here! also, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they have here smells wonderful! definitely not like the cheap little bottles you get from other hotels.

the only thing was that our bathroom floors were kinda dirty, everything else was fine and in place. just the floor

This huge suite was perfect for us (two teenaged cheerleaders, their two moms, and one teenaged brother). The kitchen was amazing, my son loved the gym and the indoor pool (which was very clean and nice). The bartender Shea was great, and we loved the outdoor patio with the fire pits. Also the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful during our stay. And the location could not have been better. We made our way to the girls’ competition in mere minutes, and it is so close to a number of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Franklin area.

For some reason we had an abundance of conditioner, but no shampoo. That was easily solved by going to the front desk, though. Definitely not a big deal.

The hotel looked and smelled very clean. The staff, especially Nicole, Erica and Cathy were wonderful! Breakfast was good, and the cook was awesome!

Housekeeping was nonexistent! We were there for 5 days and 4 nights, and they never came and cleaned our room! We called the front desk about it, and they immediately came up and took care of everything we needed, even though that was not their job.

Loved walking in and it automatically put my mind at ease like a at home feeling

the staff could've been a little more friendly. I noticed they was extremely nice to older people showing them the breakfast room and how to work things but when it came to me it seemed like they didn't care as much. They handed me my keys and that was it not telling me what floor it was (luckily it was common sense)

Breakfast was very very good. Rooms was everything one would hope for very clean and neat. Bar and host at bar very friendly and helpful.

The guy at the front desk the night we checked in could use a attuite adjustment. He was very short with us and was not very helpful. Somone else came in supposed to have reversation and he told them he was sorry he could not help them! The hotel also needs to do away with being pet friendly, a man had his dog in hallway and the dog barked and growl at us.

The room was spacious and clean (felt homey). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very dog friendly and the area is walkable.

The hotel room we had could use a little TLC (example: the bathroom and closet doors need to be adjusted).

The hotel was very nice and the room felt just like home. Our suite was very cute and comfortable. We really enjoyed the size of the tv and it’s ability to rotate throughout the suite. We loved the pool! The patio area was also a very nice touch!

Some of the breakfast options were limited. My boyfriend didn’t have any non pork options but the presentation was well.

We stayed in a suite really cute all the amenities needed if you were staying for a week or longer kitchen, etc.

The door on the shower was not properly installed and kept sliding open during shower, had to shove a washrag in the door to keep it closed.
