Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbia

Breakfast was dellicious. Just what I wanted. Food was sufficient. The eating was very clean and inviting. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and willing to help. They smiled and acknowledged me when I was in the area with a smile or head nod.

I liked everything. No complaints. From registering to shopping to eating and sleeping, friendliness, knowledgeable, were concerned about our comfort and willing to help with driving directions. If that employee did not know the information I needed, they found someone who did.

The location was close to Columbia, Franklin and Spring Hill. Staff was helpful and prompt when we had an issue with the tv. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job at checking in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The pool was nice and very clean. We also very much appreciated the large shower in the bathroom. I've never had one where you could stand away from the water while adjusting the temp, my husband really liked that! The breakfast was also wonderful and well stocked.

There was construction going on and the turn to the road with the hotel was hard to see, especially at night. Not well marked or lit. I'm sure that once construction is over with that won't be so bad. Otherwise no other complaints.

I was traveling to Florida with my wife on vacation. On our trip from Ohio we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Columbia and the whole experience was very unpleasant starting with check in and it went downhill from there.on our way home we stayed at the Fairfield in Columbia and what a difference starting with a professional check in and a very clean comfortable room,the breakfast was excellent and everything about our stay started us out with a well rested trip back to Ohio. We will always stay at a Fairfield location when we travel. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant experience.

Everything was great.

The room was great...the bed was comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the shower. Housekeeping was very nice.

I paid for a room with a sofa, but there was not one. Pretty sure the cost was more for that room (or it said it was online) but I was still charged the same. The front desk clerk wasn't overly friendly so I didn't say anything.

The breakfast were great and Mary the lady that worked on Sunday 8/20/2023 went above and beyond to make all the guests feel welcomed. She greeted every guest that came in

there is really nothing I didn't like.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice big shower. Plenty of towels. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot in room. Continental breakfast was unbelievable (best I've seen). Staff was friendly.

Not very sound proof. Could hear babies crying and dogs barking in middle of night. Due to construction the road was a little hard to find, could use a light or sign to help find it.

The entire place was well furnished with quality furniture, bedding and appliances. Well maintained pool and exercise room. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the spacious room with two tv's for us and our son. I will certainly visit this location again. All the staff encountered, were friendly and helpful. Just so clean and a good atmosphere.

There was just no weak point at this location, the breakfast was not what I wanted, but that was because of the restrictions due to the health concerns of Corona Virus.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice to my girlfriend and I. And the breakfast was really good. We showed up at 1pm and they got us checked in right away, amazing service!

This was my second time having my daughter pool/sleep over at the Fairfield and it’s always a success we love it very friendly staff. Nice clean and comfortable stay.

Location excellent. Breakfast excellent, more than we expected. Older hotel, but more than met our needs & we would definitely stay there again!
