Residence Inn Franklin Berry Farms

I purposely booked this hotel because of the room size it was like being in a mini condo only thing I wish I would have done differently is not accidentally gotten a handicap shower it has no door pretty poor design it allows water to get on the floor had a bunch of towels to prevent this.

Ok it's bean a month now and I'm still waiting for a refund I used booking.com and was double charged!! Issue hasn't been resolved yet on the hotel side of things. When I arrived at the hotel on Friday they said it was not paid for I said how could this be I was paid in full I have a reservation number so they charged me at the front desk as well as already paying on booking.com hoping this issue gets resolved soon starting to get very frustrated!!

Location was great for us, since we were here to visit Nashville and, especially, the Franklin Rodeo! You can walk to the rodeo from the hotel, just 20 minutes away, and a decent path on the side of the road to get there. The room and all the facilities were splendid. We enjoyed the big size room, quite big screen TV (I think 55" of 65") on practical mount to swivel from sleep to living area. Comfy beds and large desk. Very nice to stay multiple nights. You have everything you could possibly need!

Nothing, everything was great!

The staff at this hotel is amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was accommodating and kind. I arrived early, but the room was ready and I was able to check in. They took the time to answer questions about the area and give suggestions. The room was very spacious, QUIET, and comfortable; there was live music downstairs at the bar/lobby from 6pm-10pm (thank you and good luck, Kyle Isamoyer!); and Debbie the bartender was delightful. There was fresh fruit at breakfast and not just sugary junk food, as well as and real utensils/dishes (not plastic). I was able to take an Uber here from Nashville and into Franklin as well which is useful to know if you are only here for a day or two and don't have - or don't want to rent - a car. The surrounding area is lovely. When I come back, I'll be sure to have a car in order to see more of the countryside.

Beautiful space and great location. Staff was incredible and breakfast was delicious! Our room was clean and spacious. Our suite had everything you needed.

The shower design is not a good idea. Water sprays out pass the glass and get the floor and surrounding area wet. The bathroom had a touch of mildew smell.

The location was awesome (not in middle of city). Cleanliness of the Inn was beyond expectations... We were pleasantly surprised! The layout of the rooms were perfect! The breakfast had a huge selection of foods, sanitary items, and a coffee area. Everything about this place was perfect ! It isn't even a year old facility! Everything new and well thought out! We are getting ready to make reservations again...no need to stay anywhere else!

The lobby and outside sitting areas around the pool were great! The suite was an excellent setup!!

It’s a little confusing to wind down and around to find, but a neat community overall.

Finding this Residence Inn within the complex of other businesses & hotels in the locale reatwas difficult. Coming in and leaving was hard. Needs signs and arrows!

It was the usual selection done very well and was very tasty! Had all the trimmings that are often missing at other Hotel / Motels.

Bath tub in room. Mine only had shower and all others (?) with tub were taken.

Good location. Staff and bar were super friendly. Nice place for my budget and location.

No negatives. Place seems very new and clean

We were able to bring our dog with us. The location was very quiet, yet near the historic homes we visited.
