Comfort Inn Franklin Highway 96

The location of this comfort in was wonderful for all the shopping in Brentwood and Franklin. the indoor pool is a must for our kids, too. The room was clean and the staff was very personable and friendly. They also made sure to enforce pool hours and kept the breakfast going so seamlessly. I appreciate staff who make things happen and enforce property policy while maintaining friendliness. Good value for the $! definitely would stay here again for the night if I wanted something with a pool for my kids for the value.

Nothing particular I’d say I “didn’t like.” I feel like it was kind of what you’d expect for the price. The entrance was much less than grand.

The staff was very helpful. I had left the power cord to my Cpap machine at home and they were able to find me one to use. so thankful for that. They were always asking if we needed anything. Very friendly people.

They only thing that could have been better was if they varied the breakfast food a little. We were there Monday through Saturday, and the breakfast was the same everyday except Sat they had added eggs.

The king size bed & pillows were comfortable. There was a jetted tub in bathroom which was unexpected & fun to use. Restaurants & kroger/starbucks 5 minute drive away. Walgreens around the corner. The bathroom & room was clean, i didn’t feel nasty just being there like at other places.

We got this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and the water was freezing, as if it were outside, so my 9 year old was extremely sad that we did not get to use it. Rust pockets all over ceiling in indoor pool & some seen at the bottom of the pool so i guess its better we didn’t get in. We paid the breakfast included fee hoping to get buffet style breakfast but were told they offer bagged breakfast & we decided not to get it, went to eat somewhere else instead.

Didn't like the breakfast All other comfort inns where I have stayed have scrambled eggs and pattie sausage or bacon The biscuits didn't taste fresh and we went down early to eat breakfast

I had two rooms. They were huge and very clean. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff was friendly.

Only local tv. Didn't bother me, but if you think you are going to be watching hbo or something, you won't. It's not very soundproof. I could hear the baby next to me running. No bother to me, but I know it would bother some people. And, the hall echos.

Customer service from Thomas was exceptional after speaking with him over the phone and greeting me with professional customer service after traveling for 4 hrs

The breakfast was horrible the biscuits were hard sausage was cold and they had no eggs for the price i paid breakfast could have been better

The front desk mgr Ron, was amazing. My daughter had an anxiety attack, locked herself out of our room. Ron totally saved the day, got her a new key card and made her feel Way better! Great Job Ron

The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was nice. The room was clean add a room service was good. We did not have housekeeping but they checked on us to see if we needed anything

We did not like that we were not able to get breakfast in a regular fashion. Other hotels are still offering breakfast in a normal way at a safe social distance. I do believe that that needs to be advertised if you're going to get a little sack breakfast at the desk which we did not take advantage of because we wanted to sit down and have a regular breakfast with a hot breakfast that is.

We really enjoyed the pool. The chairs and beds were comfy, and we appreciated the breakfast option. The shower was amazing! The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Parking was convenient, and there was plenty of space inside and out. We will stay here again!

I noticed that smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, and one of the outlets was cracked. We would have liked an earlier check in time, but that is merely a preference, not a concern.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was working great. It had an indoor pool. The staff was friendly and professional.

The pool area still had items the guest left on the tables from the day before. Yes, the guests should have cleaned up after themselves but staff should have also followed up.
