La Quinta by Wyndham Nashville Franklin

The guy that checked us in and out was wonderful. Extremely polite. The room was modern and clean and the pool was actually open!

No juice with the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was fine and was as expected for the price of the room. The juice machine was out. It would not have been too hard to go to the store and buy a couple of gallons of cheap juice and had it there beside the milk in the small refrigerator.

Ovednight stay just South of Nashville. Booked this botel as Nashville was very expensive as always, Located near the Hwy exit, Cracker Barrell restaurant adjacent to go eat. My room was clean, but some of the fixtures need replacing and upgraded. Power points for devices, and some USB connections are required.

LACK OF POWER POINTS, eldefly Guests would have issues in accessing the Low Wall mounted power supply points. This is quite a common fault which I have seen in other Hotels. Again breakfast was extremely very basic, lack of seating area for breakfast, especially when the hotel is running at almost FULL Guest capacity. The pool was under routine maint whdn I arrived, howsver the Reception Staff notified guests it would be available within an hour or so. The pool was later made available.

Front desk was extremely nice. I experienced a customer who made an error when he paid online. He was awful to the receptionist. The receptionist was calm and did not raise his voice.

Need more hot tubs..lol!

I wish I could say the pool but we arrived late and left early but it was a comfortable stay and the staff was very nice.

The bathroom sink wasn’t close enough to the bathroom

Bed was comfortable and room redo e except for carpet.

Breakfast was not much to be excited about. Have had much better at other hotel chains.

Convenient location.

When booking I informed the hotel I was bringing a pet. There was no mention about an additional charge. I don't believe that was the case at other La Quintas we've stayed at

No breakfast i was very disappointed

The restroom next to the office needs some work looks nasty looks like you have a water problem. The rug in the elevator looks worn out and really dirty. The blinds in the room need some attention they were just hanging were not hooked up

we stay here every 6 months when we come in for cheer competitions! it’s always clean, staff is friendly and we always have a great stay!

Absolutely like the hotel and a staff very friendly both times I have stayed in last 2 months have been awesome the way that checked us in this time was great she went above and beyond to make us happy and I stay perfect

No problems at all

I have stayed here over the years. Getting a bit of threadbare. Stench of cigarettes in the lobby a real turn off. This is caused by smokers at the front entrance. Ground floor lobby and hall way reek of nicotine.
