Best Western Franklin

The breakfast included protein options to accommodate a diabetic traveler. This is important. Chatting with fellow travelers, they confirmed how nice is was to have a choice beyond carbs and sweets. THE WOMAN maintaining the very busy breakfast area WAS WONDERFUL! We watched her hustle and keep the food up to snuff, the heavy coffee carafes full, the serving area clean and the tables cleared quickly to be available for the next flood of hungry travelers. Job well done.

The bathroom was tiny (but clean.) It was impossible to use the bathroom in the night without waking your roommate because the light had a roaring fan on the same switch. If I had brought a small nightlight, this could have been avoided.

When we pulled up, it looked like a Motel 6, so expectations dropped. But once in the room, although small, we found it very modern, well-appointed. Refrig, microwave and coffee facilities. Very tasteful. The breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, fruit, pastries. As good as any free breakfast one could expect. While not totally simple to get to if travelling west on Murfreeboro Rd. the location is close to I65 and lots of retail establishments.

Rooms were small. Bathroom really small (but modern and very well appointed) I rated the property down to a 3/4 for comfort, based on he lotion bottle being empty and the TV being too dark to watch with no way of adjusting and the remote did not work well.

I was somewhat hesitant to make a reservation due to all of negative ratings. I'm happy that I went against my initial doubts. Our room was quite large, very clean and even smelled of fresh linens. The shower was large enough for 2 people to fit comfortably. The breakfast was very tasty. scrambled eggs, bisquits, the gravy was a little on the watery side, fresh fruit, sausage links, muffins and they also had a pancake machine which made fantastic pancakes! stepping out of our door we were welcomed with the sight of the Tennessee mountains which were very soothing to the soul. the employees were very welcoming with that southern laid back attitude. All around great place to stay and will stay there again on our next trip through Franklin! Thank you Best Western

Peaceful and quiet. Easy to go places. Easy getting in and out to places. Great breakfast buffet. Didn't have to go out for breakfast a couple of days. The shower was great setup. Bed was very comfortable

I really didn't have any issues that I had. The only that I would say that there wasn't an elevator which it didn't bother me. If I do come back and bring a guest I would prefer a bottom floor because she's handicap and sometimes it would be hard on the stairs. Which I believe you would accommodate for special purposes.

Breakfast was not great. Oatmeal looked nasty, and I did not see any fresh fruit. Not great options for someone who wanted something healthy. Also I requested a first floor room and received an email confirming that that request could be accommodated. When I arrived and checked in I was given the key to a second floor room. I mentioned my request and the response that I had received and the desk clerk said she had no notation at all about that. She was able to find me a first floor room and change my room assignment, so I appreciated her taking care of it, but was surprised that despite receiving the message, my request was not noted in my reservation.

Breakfast

There was confusion at check in regarding the reservation. The check-in desk was showing a double booking when I actually only had one. I would have been charged for two rooms but the lady working at the front desk resolved the issue. The person that assisted me is Doofan. She has a great personality and wonderful attitude. I wish there were more people in the hospitality industry that were like her. Doofan, they are lucky to have you as a staff member. Thank you for your assistance. We will return!

The breakfast buffet provided a wide range of delicious "southern" options, including pancakes, breakfast cereals, hot oatmeal, biscuits with gravy, eggs, fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, and juices. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel has a small gym and a pool. Even the cleaning staff were very friendly. The gal at check-in was funny and perky. And when I needed a taxi to the airport, the manager, Gabriel, went above and beyond in coordinating the pick-up which involved calling three different companies.

I have no complaints. This hotel was exactly what I needed. And very budget friendly.

I love the cleanliness and the quietness along with the shower. The breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of food places too eat and shopping cents. It also was up the street from the place where my daughter had her cheer competition I would stay again!

The pillows had my neck hurting and the room and bathroom was small. Also I didn't like that being it was so cold we were staying in the back building so we had to go outside to go eat breakfast which was a inconvenience because we had children. The tv was a little fuzzy as well!

The cleanliness of the room was a relief, the comfort of our queen bed was heavenly. The outdoor pool was a nice size had its own towels and very clean. As out of towner's the full hot breakfast was so convenient and saved us money as tourists to Nashville. The ease of getting on I-65 is the best! Location is extraordinary for travel.

Well we saw a couple of spiders in our room. Possibly reinforce the bottom of the door. There is a drain hole in the immediate parking to our room. It sunk in so much that we had to drive around it and made it difficult to park. So maybe re-level the black top at the rear entry going toward Publix so cars aren't scraped.

I loved everything about the hotel itself. The beds were comfortable the shower 🚿could have had a lot more pressure but it still was very hot. The breakfast was a A+ sausage patties, pancakes, real scrambled eggs, potatoes ,sausage and gravy biscuits,cereal, orange juice ,apple juice ,cranberry juice man they had the works. Anytime I'm in Franklin or Nashville this will definitely be the place where I will be staying &campaigning. I will give them a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.👍🛣️

I wish the shower 🚿would have had a little more pressure but it was very hot and I did take a nice shower.
