Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville Franklin

This hotel was the perfect rest stop for my family. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was amazing. The pool water was warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious with many different food options. The staff overseeing breakfast were very attentive to what needed to be refilled. There was also plenty of seating in the breakfast area. The sheets were soft, making for a pleasant nights sleep. We loved the location of the hotel. It is close to so many fun restaurants and shops!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our 2 night stay. The reception staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us, letting us check in early. The swimming pool was actually warm unlike other “heated” pools. Breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel was clean, very nice and spacious for our family. We especially appreciated the friendliness of staff, particularly "Eddie," who took the time to get to know us.

Our room did not have a bathtub - just a shower. Likely I knew this when I booked, but I missed it. We were in town for an athletic competition, and athletes often need to soak in baths. Of course we managed, but I would have liked to have a tub. Also, I would like better coffee options - like more K cups in the rooms and/or good coffee available 24 hours a day.

The concierge's were great and give us a warm and friendly welcome. We where in town for a cheer competition over the weekend. Five stars across the board. We will most definitely book again!!!

Good choices and well prepared food.

Access was limited because a side entrance was closed for some reason. I had requested lowest floor available with easy access so that didn't happen but everything else was good. The total price was higher than my initial estimate was but it was a nice facility.

Staff extremely friendly, especially the gentleman that worked front desk Sunday morning. Facility was clean and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning. I could smell bleach after they came which was super comforting to me. Very impressed as this is the first time I've traveled since March and was a little nervous about it.

Breakfast was not that great. Being a gluten free person, there really wasn't much. I was looking forward to potatoes. Understand the Covid restraints so this didn't alter my rating. Just letting other know it is a limited breakfast.

My check - in process. I pd for my room through booking and I called several times to the hotel They had not received my reservation which was ps for in full. I had booking call them and finally it showed up.

Nice workout room and saline pool. The pool is small but hey there's an indoor pool +. The suites are spacious and comfy. Very clean and I loved the very large and comfortable seating area for breakfast and reading.

The entrance off the road is tricky -- right turn in and out only means u-turns are required.

Excellent staff who are extremely easy to work with. Great customer service and wonderful breakfast. Everyone is very friendly!

Very clean and comfortable, smell of cleanliness when you walked into the room. Staff was great. Very nice hotel in a great location.

Need bacon on breakfast bar and better tasting sausage, but overall still good!
