Big room anf comfy bed i expected. I didn't expect a full kitchen and a fridge with freezer copartment. That was a very nice addition. Would have liked there to be some kitchen utensiles but I guess you can just get that at the reception so no complaints there. It just make it seem a bit empty.

The breakfast was very minimalistic and could've been better. There was water, tea coffe, which was fine. But the breackfast par was instant grits, cereal (no milk), müsli bars, chocolate or bluberry muffins (lots of sugar there) and some other small things I don't remember. I would have liked there to be at least the option of toast and jam and a piece of fruit (banana, apple, pear etc.) In future I'd bring in my own food from a grocery store knowing the facilities I have.

The facilities were clean and quiet enough. Friendly staff.

Booking.com mentioned a hair dryer in the unit, however, there was no hair dryer in my suite. Maybe I had to ask the front desk for it, not sure. The toiletries were not refilled for my arrival - the small shampoo bottle had less than half of the shampoo available, and it was not enough for my hair. You don't want to go to the front desk for this kind of thing when you're already taking a shower. Small details that matter, though.

The staff was so accommodating and the room was just what we needed.

The only improvement I would suggest is juice or milk for those younger kids and for people who don't care for coffee

Lack of breakfast options. Not sure if what is served for the complimentary breakfast was on the website. If it is, I missed it. If it isn't would be helpful so I would have known to bring preferred items to prepare in the room. Would help to have flavored creamers.

The staff was so friendly and helpful !! It was also so quiet and comfortable for my little family.

The fact that they claim they serve breakfast and it was just coffee and gross muffins. Also that they allow dogs !

I love being on 1st floor! Easy access for smokers via side door. Full size fridge for groceries if traveling with kiddos. Clean bathroom and plenty of hot water.

Wonderful experience overall! Yuvia was able to accommodate me with an early check in (hurricane Laura refugee), the room was cooled and comfy, including the bed. I overslept actually! So I decided to book an extra night. Close to major restaurants, easy highway access, snack and vending machines on site made this a easy and most convenient stay while on the run! Will definitely come back!

Not enough staff to manage the needs of the property. Check-in was promised at 3:00pm. Room wasn't available, due to being unclean, until 6:00pm.

Clean, large room. Vert friendly and professional staff.

My only complaint, and I struggle to find a complaint, was the room did not have a coffee maker. But this is probably due to Covid. I just walked to office and they had one ready for us. No problem-o!

people are very nice. they handle your needs and have your room nice and ready. even if it’s early. very happy with this hotel. like coming here.
