The property looks just like pictures, our room smelled clean,everything in the room was very clean. The staff was AMAZING, very helpful! Norma at the reception desk was very pleasant, her customer service skills are an A plus! There is a gas station behind the property and that is always a plus. The breakfast was good they had eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles with strawberry topping and whipped cream! All very clean and okay for hotel food 😊.

The pool water was a bit cloudy the 1st day we got there. The second day we notice a white film coming from the pool filter so we got out immediately. I called the front desk to let them know about it and the receptionist said she was going to go check it out but no one ever did. We kept checking through out the day until around 11pm, we saw people in the pool but the white film was still there. We never went back to the pool. Other than that the stay was great and I am sure they keep up with the maintenance of the pool but in this occasion it seem like it had not been cleaned in a while

Everything ! Quality Suits is my favorite it has an indoor pool the price is perfect for the quality of the place and stay and they mind their own business they do not descriminate like other

I loved everything about it always have , good job quality inn!☺️ also my favorite part of the hotel is the indoor pool I don’t get to go swimming all the time and sometimes I only have time during winter season or when the weathers isn’t so good

I liked the location of the hotel ... it was perfect for my one night in Austin

Eh, everything was great, except I would like better customer service by the front desk people... Everyone just seems to do the minimum work they need to do to not get fired, they never go out of their way for guests. When I worked as a bellman, I would go so far out of the way to make the guest happy - anything they needed I would do for them. I’m only saying this because it’s a question on the survey ... I wouldn’t say anyone’s name. none of that was really an issue anyway, I had a nice stay.

I loved how the staff was kind, tentative, & go beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are always so clean, bed is so comfortable that you don't want to get out of it. The price is exceptionally lower than all the other hotels over here and offer so much more. Plus they offer a hot breakfast during this time of co-vid not just a grab n go sack or cold items & the indoor heated pool.

The only thing I didn't like was that everyday they offered the same items for breakfast but still can't complain when you're getting Belgium waffles, bacon, eggs, and coffee...

The location was great, easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. In our case it was to visit our son who lives north of the property. The coffee was pretty good, the staff were lovely, and best of all, we had daily housekeeping services, which pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast was very good, with Jimmy Dean breakfast croissants and biscuits to be microwaved, some fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal and muffins. The AC wasn't TOO loud, and worked great.

I'm not a fan of the high beds because I'm short (and old) so getting into bed is difficult and it's too high to sit on the side of the bed. But that's my personal preference. Everything else was fine.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The hot breakfast was very good, with eggs and sausage and a nice variety of other items. The pool and workout room looked nice and clean.

I wish the room had a king bed. The front desk staff wasn't rude, but not particularly friendly. He didn't speak more than a few words to me.

Everything and everyone. I love how Rudy the manager help me with patience being that I was put here by choice motel corporate office and my situation of this he had no idea but he still gave me time to get people who are responsible for my safety to get it together and I am great full everyone at Quality Inn suites south I-35 frontage Rd is the best thing since ice cream

The price period kept going up

We loved the warm welcome, the rooms were perfect, the breakfast was delicious with lots of different things to eat. Quiet place, free parking, nice chatting with the receptionist and Norma who were so kind! Thanks so much! Would have lived to take you back to France with us! We recommend it for sure!

The room was clean, water hot, bed soft, breakfast decent, location close to the Freeway exits and the price modest -- what's not to love?

It was quite noisy... if you stay here, try to get a room away from the lobby and on the parking lot (east) side. The freeway noise is significant and hallway by lobby loud.

Super easy to find and park. Staff were really helpful . Comfy beds and quiet at night. Really easy to get an uber $10-15 to South Congress/ Lamar and Downtown. Great for somewhere to crash

Can't really walk anywhere for food etc. Lacks natural light and decent overhead lights. No safe in room!
