Check in was quick and easy. Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Enjoyed my gift of the bottled water. Location was excellent. Hope to stay there again.

I went through a booking app that showed the prices along with fees and taxes. When I registered I did not notice there was an extra 20.00 taken from my account. The next morning, I realized after reviewing my bank account that my card had been charged more than the expected amount, I called the hotel and was told there was an incidental (?) fee charge of 20.00 extra. I was not told this at check in. I was told that the fee would be returned within 7-10 business days to my card. I am hoping to get it sooner than that.

The breakfast offerings matched that of other hotels in the same tier. The front desk staff, both at nightly check in and morning check out, were very patient and kind to us as we resolved a booking issue. Our conversations with them were a positive experience and we left happy.

The breakfast area did not have the best layout which made it difficult for guests to maneuver through when it was busier. I think the gluten free options could have been better advertised. My friends felt she didn't have much to choose from. / On check-in we were told there wasn't a manager present and the hotel seemed short staffed which made me feel less safe when there was rowdiness in the hallways after midnight.

I love the room size and structure. grate for kids , no crazy balcony but still great view from big windows. Standard breakfast in the morning but some hotels don't offer. Liked the décor.

Really don't have any complaints. Nice costumer service, good breakfast and all around 8 out of 10 motel with decent rates. I didn't like well, I can't find anything, even the parking was good.

Shower head missing for handicapped, refrigerator left defrosting, no toilet paper, cushion missing on sofa and free Showtime wouldn't work both days. Was given a credit of 25% off of who bill so email showed total bill approx $165. Please bill accordingly My new cell is 512.569.8451 Cynthia Cook

Staff was friendly and moved our room further from the elevators when we asked. Room was clean and stocked with towels.

It was hard to find the right parking area at night because it’s next to several hotels all in a row and there wasn’t a lot of lighting in the parking areas. I wish breakfast didn’t end so early, we were tired after a concert and were looking forward to a hot breakfast but it ended at 9 and we slept in.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was clean and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly!

The entire reason we chose to stay here at this hotel specifically was the pool. I even called to make sure it was working and that we could swim. I was told it was fully functional. Well it wasn't. The pool and the pool room were exceptionally clean but freewheeling cold.

it was an easy place to find and get in and out of. the staff was really friendly and the breakfast offered in the morning was really good with plenty of options

to no fault of the hotel or staff but the highway noise can be heard all throughout the night and we heard gun shoots a few times. again I know the hotel can’t help that but just something that we didn’t like

Location was good for our needs, hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Extra thanks to Hunter who helped us sort out a billing issue prior to our arrival. He was able to help us where others had not. He worked the two nights we were there and was also very friendly and helpful!

The location, it was perfectly placed right next to our meeting location. To add to that, in door pool and big breakfast to include bacon.
