Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - Med Ctr - NRG Park - Braeswood Blvd

I think the doors should be automatic. A homeless man had came in and slept in the stairwell. When I left in the morning, it smelled awful. I assumed someone had urinated in the stairwell overnight as it didn't smell the night before. But then I saw a homeless man taking all the muffins and for some reason...touching all the coffee canisters! I didn't get anything cause it didn't look sanitary. Also, if he got into the hotel so easily, a violent person could easily come into the hotel and attack someone. The doors should be locked with a key card until physical staff is at the desk.

I love the whole entire concept when you add dishes and everything else included. I love the proximity of where NRG Stadium is as well as some of the stores and the hotel is closer to Rice Stadium where my cousin plays football. I definitely would be coming back. In the near future that is. Is nice as quiet no drama

The only thing I didn't like is oh I'm lying. A few things I didn't like one the bad was a little bit too small for two other people but they said they had breakfast they only have muffins and oatmeal although I guess it was Sunday and they didn't have the big breakfast like it he would have on Saturday and also the elevator was broken

location to hospitals. staff was nice and friendly. the room was plenty big and clean. I was surprised that I got it at such a good price for everything that was offered. I will definitely consider staying again if the price stays reasonable.

it would have been nice to have extra blankets/pillows in the room. I’m sure they would have brought us some but we were too tired from traveling and stressed about upcoming medical procedures to bother with asking. The only other thing was the bed was not very comfortable, but everything was very clean.

Nice accommodations, Front desk personnel was very friendly and very helpful when we were trying to find a store for food and snacks.

No convenience stores nearby. No coffee pot in the room, nothing to cook anything with and no dishes or silverware. The refrigerator was of nice size and the stove top and microwave looked appropriate, but there were no pots or pans to cook with nor any dishes to serve a meal with. We asked the front desk for a coffee pot, which they did provide us with, but not about dishes.

1/2 mile from MD Anderson, which was a lifesaver since our car broke down. Staff was very kind & helpful in our tough situation.

Wish they started offering breakfast & shuttle service again.

the location is very convenient and free parking

breakfast which one can hardly call a breakfast. hot water ran out quickly and no one bothered to bring more for tea and coffee. there were only muffins and packets with cereal but since there was no water or milk, how one can be expected to make any cereal?

frequent traveler to Medical City area for appointments. Easy to get to the hospitals from this location. Hotel is very reasonably priced for the area. We have stayed here more than a few times. Easy check in and out. Staff is consistently courteous and helpful. Shout out to LaTanya at the front desk for being kind and professional.

The price for the room is at a great value the location is away from a lot of the traffic but still surrounded by all the action around downtown Houston easy access to the freeways plenty of parking at the location also the location is quiet for it to be close to hospitals

I do not like when I pulled out my sofa bed it did not have no covers for it also the phone is very cheap and it doesn't give me no information also there was not enough towels for me and my four family members the pool was dirty so we could not use it the bathroom is way too small

We had a clipboard fall into the drain in the street with all our bank statements. We were unable physically to hop into the 4 ft deep hole to retrieve it. The sweet desk clerk with the bright green sweater overcame her fears and hopped in and out of that street drain in 2 seconds flat and saved the day! Bless her for taking her break to do a kindness for stressed strangers! We owe this hotel our loyalty for such a kindness & patience with our checkout as we were dealing with a car that had stranded us that was being repaired.

Wish the breakfast was back!

The room was big and had a living room also. The hotel provided plenty of dishes. There was also a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, a two-burner stove, and a table to eat meals at.

The breakfast was a joke. The site showed a breakfast buffet, and the pool was closed. This should have been mentioned on the site.
