It looks like a new hotel, very called, great location, perfect price, very clean

It took like an hour (no joke) for our check in because their system was not working properly and we were on a rush.

The room was very clean, had all the amenities that I need and lots of tv channels.

The fact that when I went to check out (get a receipt) there was no front desk clerk. A Maintenace person was baby sitting while the cashier supposed was delayed. He did call the owner and the owner said he would have a receipt emailed. That never happened so I had to return to get a copy.

This was our first trip to Texas in general and wow. Overall, great! The room was clean, and honestly it had one of the BEST bathrooms I've ever seen in a hotel! Around the mirror was a bright ring-light type of light very helpful for makeup application. It was a tub and shower, and best of all, IT WAS CLEAN!! Bed was nice, plenty of pillows which I love. The fridge was big, especially for a hotel fridge! TV was nice, plenty of channels. Nice seating area and desk, even a closet with ironing board and iron. The staff was friendly and super helpful with and questions. I never felt unwelcome. Ever! It is close to many food options as well. Honestly I'd rate it 4 & a half instead of 4. Highly recommended!

Really the only things that I marked them a point off for was the breakfast was literally just frozen breakfast sandwiches. I understand why, but it was very lacking. Also, there were 2 old burritos in our microwave when we arrived, which leads me to believe it wasn't cleaned recently, since food was oddly left in there.

The front desk gentlemen Mr. Williams was awesome! He was cheerful and very helpful. Nice to walk in and he was your first experience. Room was very clean!

More choices for breakfast. The waffles and coffee was very good but not much food at all. Need more items to offer! The employer keeping everything stocked and clean was very nice and helpful!

Loved the room so nice and clean and big! Had extra blankets and towels and trash bags best hotel we have stayed in our whole family vacay here in Texas and we have been to corpus Christi and south Padre and paid more for a way way way not worth it hotels even located right on the beach fronts so that has alot to say about this hotel! We're glad to end our trip with a positive experience thank you!

There wasn't much of a breakfast but I understand due to covid they provided the safest way possible to serve guests by providing breakfast sandwiches, maybe they could get some individual mini packs of cereal to serve for children who dont like meat sandwiches. But they did have apple juice 😊

Breakfast was good ! Could have used some decafe coffee which was not available both days I stayed!!

Coffee machine in my room didn't work! Didn't have decafe available at the breakfast room! Didn't get my room cleaned by housekeeping after I asked the person in the front office to please do so!!

The breakfast was unsatisfied. Not good at all. Food didn't look good at all. Was really disappointed because I look forward to a good breakfast. Had to go eat elese where.

The room was clean, well maintained, the shower was comfortable, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is right next to the freeway and there was never an issue with outside noise

The breakfast was practically non-existent. There were five pillows on the bed and they were not terribly comfortable (not a lot of substance to them)

Staff very friendly and building very clean and professional.

Only think I'd like to see different is for beds to have a blanket for warmth not just sheets only. Even with air turned up it was chilly overnight but no blanket even available in building.

A weekend stay at any hotel is always a hit or miss, but I was very pleased with the friendly staff, and the rooms stay itself. I booked two rooms one for 2 nights unfortunately my guest for one of the rooms missed his flight and wouldn’t arrive till the next day. I explained the staff my situation hoping they could maybe credit the night that wasn’t used for another stay. Although this was a mistake completely on my end they were able to give me a portion credit, which they were in no way obligated to do. This might not be a 10 point hotel but costumer service makes up the gap. It’s clean, friendly, and very understanding, I just wish I could have booked with them directly to give them the whole amount instead of a portion through a third party booking app. They also offer Military Discount!! If booked with them, they cannot change the amount if booked through a third party.
