Best Western Plus Southpark Inn & Suites

I loved the space & the suite! There was plenty of space for all of us. I slept in the other room and I enjoyed that big bed to myself!!! Oooh and the coffee machine next to the lobby was my happy place!!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like . Well I didn't like having to leave. I will be coming to stay there again.

King size bed was very comfortable, Hot Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuit n gravy) , they serve you and the lady was excellent attending us. House keeping ladies were very friendly, we asked for towels and linens and were brought out to us quickly. The king size room was very clean and comfortable, shower worked well.

Elevator made some creepy noise, and the plumbing to our restroom was bad and the door didn't lock , sofa bed mattress NEEDS to be changed ASAP, that thing was wore out, you could feel the metal of the couch on your back :/

The location was great! The price was awesome. The kids did love the pool except for the pieces coming up. If they work on the breakfast we will definitely be back.

The only thing that we didnt like was the breakfast. All of the food we got in our togo plates wasnt fully cooked. The seasoned potatoes were still a little frozen. The biscuit wasnt fully cooked. The sausage was a weird shade of grey. The eggs were still cold. We ended up throwing it all away. Overall the breakfast wasnt good at all. Also there are pieces of the bottom of the pool coming up so be careful when swimming.

The staff was great, rooms clean.

This was more like just a regular Best western no plus to it didn't care much for there breakfast the coffee was great. There were not enough bed linens for the couch ask for extra blanket all they had was a comforter for the couch. The price I paid was not worth staying in a plus star rating.

Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Convenient to the baseball games we were attending. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. Comfy bed and pillows.

The staff, coffee, and breakfast were great! The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept on. The only negative we had was not enough choices in the vending machines and the hotel could use some updates, especially in the hallways. There was water damage on the wall paper throughout the hallway, carpet runs/bumps, and damaged walls/doors throughout the hotel - minor appearance issues.

The breakfast was outstanding. The coffee was great and the bed was very comfortable.

Thus was a nice property. The booked a king room which was spacious. They offered a complimentary breakfast with waffles which was really good.

The pool was not working.

The mattress was hard for both my husband and I. We stayed 2 nights and by the second morning I felt like I had been beat up I felt that sore.

The staff was terrific! Amanda was wonderful at the front desk.

I was wanting to print some documents, but the business center was closed (COVID). There was construction work going on for most of the day next door to our room. The fella was apologetic, but I felt that our room could have been at a different part of the hotel.
