Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler

The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was alot of counterspace in the bathroom and the air conditioner unit was quiet. The complimentary breakfast was ample with sausage and eggs and other options. We brought our dog, and it was nice that they had the scooper bags in a dispenser in the outside areas. It was also in a nice, quiet area close to the downtown area.

I didn't see any drinking water, other than hot water, at the breakfast buffet. The alarm clock in the room didn't work and neither did the phone. I don't know if the phone was just disconnected or didn't work.

Everything! Staff was wonderful, extremely clean hotel all over…not just the room. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options…if you can’t find something for breakfast to make you happy then you just can’t be satisfied period. And the waffle maker makes the waffles the shape of Texas!! Oh and they are pet friendly for folks that have fur babies like we do.

Nothing. The location was a little different than i expected, but in a good way when all was said and done. Google maps had me running all over to get there in the dead of night and I was a lil nervous but then I realized it was surrounded by well kept offices and shopping. Location was really nice.

Very nice rooms / grounds. Bed was comfy. Very clean. GREAT BREAKFAST, very impressed. Staff was very friendly. Great location close to stores, restaurants, etc.

There was music playing on outdoor speakers by the pool that played until well past 10pm. We must have been very close to one because it was pretty loud in our room.

Convenient location to all amenities

Well groomed nicely kept. If there were one thing that I would change is the location of the smoking areas. They should be moved to Cleveland.

We love this hotel. Its clean and modern. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping is so nice and go above and beyond. Nice work out room and the outdoor pool is amazing. At night they have twinkle lights set up and the pool has a light in it that changes colors. Its conveniently located right off of broadway. Gave us plenty of towels. Complimentary coffee...tea..and hot chocolate all day. They do offer breakfast in the morning. This is our 2nd stay and will definitely be back.

Bed was comfortable but linens/bedding was super soft! Room was very clean and wifi was fine. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Overall I would definitely stay at Sleep Inn again if it’s like this location!

Breakfast choices could be better, more fruit and oatmeal

The location is close to everything. Staff is welcoming. Room is spacious and updated. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

Trash in public areas that remained there throughout my stay. Also the tub was very slippery, thankfully it had a grab bar.

Food was very good with a wonderful selection from waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, toast, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee & more. We were very impressed & this was all complimentary.

We liked everything we had.

The employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was more than exceptional. It was a great experience. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about the entire experience.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. I WOULD HAVE LIKED SOME BACON. MY GRANDKIDS LOVED THE POOL AND THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT!! THERE WERE MANY STORES AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY.
