La Quinta by Wyndham Tyler South

Front desk staff are the friendliest people. They are still the same ones from 1st week of May when I was last there. I like consistency. The company must treat their staff well in order to keep them. The location is excellent. Close to shopping and dining. Hotel was clean and quiet. LaQuinta, at this location, is my home-base for when I need to be in Tyler.

Only concern was being by 1st floor side door. Fortunately this trip was quiet.It is usually high traffic area in hotels with people using those doors instead of front entrance. Had I said anything I'm sure staff would have tried to move me

Everything went well. The staff is wonderful . Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and cool. The facility was clean and very quiet. Also, while it may seem like a small thing to some, this is huge to me; the keys always work. Nothing is more frustrating than to finally arrive at one's destination and have the keys not work. I never have to worry about trudging back to the front desk at this hotel, even on the second day of the stay. We also had plenty of towels for our second day. Thank you!

The entire facility was very clean. We had a very late check-in but were greeted by wonderful staff who got us checked in and to our room quickly. The breakfast area was spacious and permitted my7 husband to work while we enjoyed breakfast. The breakfast selection was excellent and we appreciated two waffle makers. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and I utilized the workout facility as well.

Breakfast was excellent for us! There was a smell when we first walked into the hallway of the elevators that was a bit eek but our room on the third floor was very clean and homie. I will be staying here again. Faculty were very polite & professional.

Smell of incense in first floor hallway. I do believe this was another customer not the staff or regular smell of hallway.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Common areas were not all that clean, like entry and elevator floors. Breakfast area was really clean. Breakfast lady was so very sweet!

I saw the desk people sitting in the breakfast room watching tv when they could have been sweeping the leaves out of the lobby. The elevator floor was also not very clean.

Breakfast was good. The lady that serves breakfast was really nice and very helpful. The location was good. The hotel seemed to be only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do. The location or our room was excellent! Very convenient for taking the dogs outside.

The couch in the room maybe could use a little cleaning.

The staff was very courteous and attentive. They were professional in their customer service. The rooms were clean and neat spacious with refrigerator and microwave. The complementary breakfast was very good. The staff kept everything neat and the food was always well cooked. Coffee available 24 hours.

Everything. It's our favorite when we come to that area to visit family.

I made a reservation, and it said check in was available until 12 midnight. We got there are 10 pm or so and was told our reservation was canceled. Lucky they had a room and we had to make a new one even though it was valid on my end..

We visited Tyler Texas for our GIRLS TRIP. Everything about our stay was fantastic customer service excellent and professional. Breakfast was freshly served and cleanliness was on point. That was the BEST night sleep that I've had in a long long time. All Smiles Here 2 THUMBS UP

More handicapped parking

Staff are the best. Kind, helpful,not enough good words for them! From maids to breakfast staff to front desk- EXCELLENT service!!! We stay here EVERY time we come and appreciate the cleanliness, breakfast,staff and service.

Pillows this time just not very comfortable. I wish that there were more parking spaces. It was pretty full on Saturday evening.
