I like the value the cleanest and the accommodating breakfast when you're traveling for business. I like and enjoy the exercise room. The best thing about it is the kitchen area during the stay on the desk area while you're working. The staff is friendly.

The only thing if you're traveling for business if you wanna use or say you have a business center there's only one printer and it's really not a business center to use. Not to mention they allow kids to play on the business computers which is a hindrance when you are busy on the don't need to get something printed. The other thing would be the washer and dryer not working on the payments only two washers and two dryers are working. Be nice to have an actual volunteer person off of drinks but that's neither here or there.

This hotel well exceeded my expectations. The room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were very roomy. It is very nice having a full kitchen.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but it was included, so it wasn't horrible for free. As I was checking in, the clerk informed there would be a $7 parking fee added to my bill. They didn't even ask if I was parking in the parking lot. I didn't recall seeing this fee when booking, but I was already there and the hotel was nice, so I didn't complain too much. I was only staying one night. Weird thing to me was they have a big parking lot for the hotel and it wasn't even close to full, so to have an extra fee for parking seemed odd. Just roll that into the cost, or make sure you ask people if they are driving a car before automatically adding it to the bill.

The hotel itself and our room were very clean and inviting! The hot breakfast exceeded our expectations and did provide a good variety. Omelets were delicious!

Couple minor mishaps but easy fixes: pullout bed from sofa had food crumbs (I can see how housekeeping missed it—guessing previous family didn’t use the fitted sheet), front desk didn’t have a first aid kit (my son cut his head on one of the small tables in the room) and lastly, we paid extra for breakfast yet it stated everywhere inside the hotel that it was complimentary.

The location, pool and breakfast was wonderful. The electricity went out in most of the room around 3:00 am on the morning of checkout. It was just our room as far as I know. None of our other friends that had rooms lost electricity. That was the only drawback.

The room was neatly designed. So whoever wants to watch TV or work on their laptop would not bother the one who wants to sleep early. There was a full kitchen. That’s a bonus. Breakfast was exceedingly good with some healthy options like whole wheat bread, fruit and yogurt. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy.

The carpet was a bit sticky if you walk bare feet on it. Not sure if it’s the summer heat or it needs cleaning.

Residence Inns are always reliable and I’ve never staid at one yet that the staff wasn’t very friendly and exceedingly helpful

not that much of an issue for me, but the shower was a little slippery and my wife fell in the shower. please put non slip strips on shower floors to prevent accidents

The available amenities and design were nice.

Having to pay $7 / night for Parking! Not good for a smaller town that already has parking that anyone could have parked in. Would be nice to have ice machines on each floor, to keep from going to 1st floor.

I would rate the location 10, perfect, but the ironing board was missing, a main light was out in the dressing area outside the bathroom, and that mirror was not clean. Everything else was excellent, accept you still don't have your food service (restaurant) open. It's 2022 the virus will be with us forever. Justin Tuggle

Good selection and food - served in a really nice area with lots of room. They allowed our large party to eat together, which was appreciated since we live apart.

Absolutely HATED having animals around, especially walking back and forth past the eating area and in the elevators with us. The barking was bad - if I was a person who was afraid of dogs, I would have had a much worse experience.
