Staff greeted us and made sure our family members had rooms close. Breakfast, very good. The blue berry scones were excellent! When I mentioned it to the staff, she offered to get me a fresh one before I left after checking out.
We did not plan on nor did we use the pool but when I looked in it looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. The water looked cloudy and a little green.

I only went to sleep, but when I go check in the men on the front desk telling me: He didn't have any reservation on my name or my reservation number. I have to wait about 25 to 30min to check in ☹️☹️ Is the first time; I have a problem like this. I want to cancel but I'm not sure if their charge on my card and have to pay twice 😨☹️

Very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Wasn't crowded at all. Room was very comfortable, beds were perfect.
I requested to check in early, two months before the stay, and found out when I got there that I could not check in early. The indoor pool was not heated, it was freezing; and the hot tub was closed.
