Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler

The room was really clean and quite spacious. The hotel provides a host of amenities including free breakfast, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, etc. I was very delighted with my stay. However, I was even more impressed with the staff and management! I had to cancel my reservation last minute and was only able to stay 1 night instead of the 5 nights I had initially booked. Staff and management were so helpful with allowing me to cancel my reservation and giving me a refund for the other nights, which I greatly appreciated! Not many hotels have a team that is willing to help even in difficult extenuating circumstances. I could 100% see myself staying at this hotel again when I visit Tyler!

Didn't eat the breakfast. Was just cereal and waffles for toaster. Wanted more substantial breakfast.

Put us on third floor, so rode elevator up and it was on other end of building. Maybe put one on both ends. Also vending machines too far away. Somehow had two reservations. Clerk said she canceled one, but was charged deposit twice. One for 100.00 and one for 109.00. Waiting to see if they refund both.

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast but I was invited.

The elevator was located in the rear, with no handicap (ramp) access. I didn't like noisy neighbor next door banging against the wall or running up and down banging and knocking on doors. I know this was a guest and not the fault of the facility.

The owners were so friendly. It was a pleasure seeing them in the mornings and talking with them. Not a bad place to stay, in a decent location and super close to a lot of things. Rooms were clean and they made sure you had new towels every morning. I did like right next to the pool they had a computer room and then a gym.

It advertised a pool and spa - NO SPA anywhere. The only thing I had an issue with was the manager coming into the pool area and telling my kids make sure to not throw the chairs in the pool. At first I thought he was accusing my kids, but I had been with them all day plus they’re both very respectful kids (they’re teenagers so they were old enough to be there alone), however this was cleared up after another conversation with the manager at a later time.

The waffle was hot and plenty of batter to make more if desired. Nice seating area. Plenty of plates and silverware. Comfortable area to eat.

No fresh fruit like bananas or strawberry's and no main course items like eggs and bacon or yogurt. Waffle syrup was very low budget and tasted bad.

The bed was comfortable, the room was reasonably clean, and the bathroom was generously sized. Everything seemed to be well laid out, and the parking lot seemed to be secure. There was not any point during my stay that I was worried about the other guests, or about the safety of the luggage in my room. The AC worked well and was more than able to keep the room ice-cold.

The room was not spotless; there were some small dust bunnies on the floor, and the towels could do with a good bleaching (they were not heavily stained, but it was apparent that a number of them had been used to remove makeup). The room also smelled slightly musty (the smell went away after the AC had run for a few hours).

could of offered more for breakfast, or at least had more availability to accommodate guests, by 8am nothing else was available besides waffles. kinda disappointed being a diabetic we had to find some place else for breakfast

I really enjoyed the huge room space and the huge garden tub. The stay was extremely comfortable.

One of the vents in the bedroom for the Whirlpool tub was unscrewed and bent. The bed was huge, but a bit firm.

The room was nice size, it was clean. We stayed in the king suite and the bathroom came with a big tub and a shower. Reasonably priced !

Parking but that's out of their control and me just being picky lol.

Really liked how spacious the room was.

Better pillows and surveillance of the parking lot as there was two moms watching their kids throw a football around my wife’s expensive car.
