The Christmas decorations and friendliness of the staff

There was a shower drain issue in my room, fire alarm issue (it went off late Christmas evening and rang for about 20mins. While that was disturbing, what was troublesome is that the alarm did not sound throughout the entire building. Firefighters came and no explanation was given. What if danger existed? People on the 20th floor did not hear the alarm.), confusion with breakfast (never told that there was a cost), and the only access to microwaves was granted through travelling to the LL level in a cold hallway.

The beds were very comfy. We were able to get a high room but I’m sure that’s because we had two children and they put all of the children and pets on the top floors. It was fine by me though bc I wanted a high floor to be away from the down stairs noises. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was pretty small. Other than that good location was minutes from downtown.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor/outdoor pool. Only to be disappointed bc it was closed and not heated. My boys were so disappointed bc they wanted to swim. Guess it’s a lesson learned to call ahead of time before I book any future locations with pools. It was a real bummer. Everything else was okay.

We had problems with loud kids on our floor the hotel staff at the front desk moved us to a beautiful suite on another floor we really appreciated that my husband also left his phone in our first room the hotel staff it and returned it we greatly appreciated this as well

I love the quick and friendly service by the front desk team. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. We had a couple of issues in the room. The balcony door handle was loose and broke off. Also the leg of the chair was broken as well. Told the front desk. They immediately called the technician. It was fixed by the time we returned to our room.

The parking was on the pricier side $28 a day. The bathroom was on the smaller side. To me it didn't go with the quality of the room.

Facility and room was clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. There is a bus line right next to the hotel so it makes it very easy to get around the city, and to the metro train station. Area felt safe.

For the price of food at the restaurant I would expect better quality and quantity. The elevators were very slow. There was only one working while we were there, and we waited as long as ten minutes for a elevator during peak times.

I was traveling from out of town the hotel was easy to find, friendly staff. I stayed on the 24th floor great view.

I didn’t appreciate that there were no microwaves in the rooms and you had to pay for parking.

Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you to ensure your stay is satisfactory. I loved the outdoor sitting area with the fire pits. The dining and bar area was nice.

I didn't like paying $28.00 daily to park on site. Leaving out of the parking area can be confusing. Staff will assist you if you need help.

Our hotel in NJ was a fail. We showed up a day early at 3am desperate for a room. Although it was only one bed for two adults and three kids, you still made sure we had a place to rest. Dining service staff A++ The woman that waited on us was absolutely a delight each night. More than accommodating! My family is still talking about her! In all honesty, all of the staff we had interactions with were great.

Your pool was not open. This was one of the reasons we booked with you as we had three teenagers celebrating a birthday.

This has been by far the most dog friendly hotel we've ever stayed at!! There were so many dogs, and the concierge was so friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and get settled after a long day of driving. We can't say enough about how welcoming and friendly the staff was! Very clean and spacious even though fully booked for the holiday weekend! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 1 night and our only complaint was the pillows were very soft and didn't offer any support. But really other than that tiny problem, nothing. Excellent hotel.

love the location and was there for a wedding

renovations going on .. upgrades in all the rooms still in progress like fire alarm would go off when bathroom door was open due to steam . and very limited lights for make up or .. lamps were in the room but still a dim view
