Many times the breakfast offered was incomplete. IE sandwich offered with fruit, but the had NO FRUIT, so I asked for a second bottle of juice and they told me that was extra. Personnel were courteous, but not accommodating.

Cleanliness of the hotel. Convenience of the hotel to the heart of Alexandria as well as DC. Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to assisting me with traveling in and around DC.
Even though there's a bistro in the hotel lobby, when it is closed a complimentary cup of coffee in the lobby wouldn't hurt. With longer stay guests it wouldn't hurt for the house keeping to check in the occupied room a couple of times/week to check on trash, coffee supplies and other toiletry needs. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more coffee supplies.

Every aspect of the hotel was worth the experience.
Well, my booking was inclusive of breakfast, and embarrassingly that morning, I went to the breakfast area and I kept being referred back and forth between the front desk and the restaurant area. I eventually had breakfast on the first day of my stay, and I eventually stopped for the rest of my stay. Thank God there was Uber Eats :-)

There's plenty of parking and near highways. The king room was spacious and clean. Low noise levels and has blackout curtains! Staff was also amicable and helpful with our needs.
our card key malfunctioned a few times and we needed to go to the front desk to get them reset so we can get into our room. it wasn't a big deal for us.

Upon arrival and inspection of the room it was clean, spacious and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The design style was warm and impressive. We enjoyed our stay but it was only for one night. When ever we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Excellent experience.

They don't have any café or bistro, they have but I went down at 11 am, and it was closed or nobody was there, the hotel will be very complete with a restaurant
