Breakfast was good compared to other hotels. The Staff & the location are good and the hotel is clean.

If I may say that the rooms should have a small round table and a couple of desk chairs that if you take out food and bring it to your room you have a place to eat for a family of 3 or 4 in a 2 queen bed room. The Parking space is the downfall, too small the parking space lines are so tight and why do we have to pay for parking if we are already a guest in the hotel???

The Facility was great -clean, helpful, and friendly.

the facility would pick up phone and hang up and could never use the supposed shuttle services. When I asked about it -I got a lame excuse of a power outage.

Good breakfast, nice that is included, room big and cozy, location really god, couple near places to go for lunch or dinner, and 3 min distance to metro station to go anywhere

Check in easy, pleasant desk staff. Water bottles given nice touch. Desk staff addressed all questions efficiently. booked rates and room types were as expected. Surprisingly room large (2 queens), bathroom updated, amenities- TV, coffee maker, iron, ample storage for clothes, towels etc. all fine. parking (added fee ~$30/night) under building with easy safe elevator access to lobby. Basic hotel free breakfast bar but plenty of fresh offerings from buffet type eggs meats and potatoes to waffles fruit and breads. Juices, coffee, water milk etc. Breakfast attendants helpful, all was clean fast and easy. Nice large bright dining area with ample seating and TVs playing news in the AM. Full restaurant and bar next door if desired at the connected Hilton Garden Inn- only a few steps walk door to door. Great for our needs. Clean comfortable safe convenient.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Super staff at ALL levels. The front desk would always greet you with a smile and hello when you walked in. Answered all of our inquiries and if one person didn’t know, they would find someone who did know. Safe and secure parking. Nearest Metro is less than three blocks away, so easy access to all of the DC area. (Good idea to thoroughly plan your activities and map out your routes ahead of time)

Breakfast was great 😋Tuesday-Thursday. Friday??? Friday was leftovers and you could tell. Reheated cheese omelette🙄”chewy” sausage links 🤢, and mushy “breakfast potatoes”.

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location for sightseeing in DC. I like how it was only a block away from the Metro. Also, the breakfast they offered each morning was pretty good.

The water pressure was absolutely horrible and this is for the sink and the tub/shower. The plug in the bathtub did not work and so my five-year-old could not take a bath. The parking garage was abysmal. Almost all of the parking spaces are for compact cars. And the few regular parking spaces that were there, were saved for vans or special parties for the hotel. We drive a medium size SUV, and could barely, barely fit it into a normal parking space.

It was close to the airport and the interstate as we were driving to our destination the next morning. The breakfast was a good start to the day. The room was comfortable and we slept well. Getting into the driveway was a challenge to figure out as a newbie to the area. We ended up driving past and around the entrance several times as it seemed the area for 2 hotels were connected and we had come from the opposite direction. It was really easy once we determined we were in the right place.

Everything was good. The location was excellent.

There was confusion at check in. I had booked a King Suite with sofa bed through booking.com and when I got to the room, it was a King Suite with no sofa bed.....small room. When I asked they said this was the kind of room they always used when it is a booking.com reservation. Booking.com needs to communicate better with the hotel so the rooms they do have are represented clearly. The room we had was fine but much more cramped for me and my granddaughter than the one I had reserved.

This hotel was beautiful and so so nice for such an affordable price! It looks like it had just been re-done and is so clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. I chose this hotel because we had an overnight layover and it was only a 4 min drive from the airport and included an airport shuttle for free

Our flight landed at 10 and I wasn’t able to find the shuttle or get in contact with anyone to see about it and ended up paying $20 for an Uber for the 4 min drive. Be sure to call the property before and let them know when you are arriving and sort out the shuttle. It comes every 10 mins or so. Runs 6am-11pm
