Parking could be a whole lot better. $37 to park in hotel garage? Parking should be free to paying guest

I like the room because it had a small kitchen to where I could cook and make our son a bottle. And we love the king size bed too

My cousin was getting married and we didn’t leave Roanoke until 10 pm and got to Arlington around 3 am and I booked the room for Saturday and Sunday. Then the man said that it was still Friday and I was confused so we had to wait an hour and half to check in our room. And I looked on both website “Booking.com “ and the name of the hotel and could not find anything saying that about the time and day.

Breakfast was great! The hotel connection to another one so you had option to attend the social hour and dine in at the restaurant at that location The rooms are spacious you have a full refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, and a counter top stove with two burners it’s like a mini kitchen area it’s nice.

They charge $44 a day at the parking garage that is very expensive, especially if you are staying at that hotel guest should have a discounted rate for parking or even free.

Breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, furniture(sofa) need to be replaced. Parking was convenient, shuttle service was punctual.

Hotel charged more taxes than what was finalized on Booking, therefore, my final bill was higher than what was confirmed by Booking.

it’s not too far from Reagan National and I loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport as well as to the metro. Very convenient. I really want to say thanks to Lourdes at the front desk for helping me with directions and even a map of the area which was very helpful in getting around. There were others that helped us as well but she was always there when we went by. We were there for just 2 full days and got to see a lot. I will stay there again when we go back

The rooms are well-designed, beautiful, and well-separated. The bed is large and comfortable to sleep in. The parking lot is charged, but the staff waives it.

Parking under the building but very difficult to find a parking space There is an assortment of cars, so we have to drive around to find a parking spot that corresponds to our car. There is an air vent in the bathroom, but I'm not sure if the fan works as a function or not.

the room is so nice for a family with plenty of cooking wares. if you want to find a place to stay near airport, this would be a good choice. the gym is full of equipments and not very crowded. the breakfast is free but unfortunately we did not enjoy it because of getting up late. it will be served until 10.30 or 10 AM. the room is clean the sofa bed is as good as the bed.

the charge makes me a little confused. check with the front desk about payments. the extra blanket is not warm enough.

The location is great for travellers, there is a complimentary shuttle service to the airport running every 30 minutes. The room was a bit tired, but spacious and with a kitchen. You don't hear the airplanes or street noise that much (even though there is a train line just next to the hotel).

The breakfast buffet could have real dishes and cutlery, not plastic ones. There were barely any vegetables or fruit - only oranges. One of the towels has a stain - but well, you get so many towels that you can choose better-looking ones.

The staff were exceptional. Each one went out of their way to assist us with any questions we had. The food was good at breakfast and the staff there worked very hard to keep food coming, tables cleaned and trash picked up. The housekeeping lady kept our room cleaned, assisted us when we had a question. The shuttle always was on time and helped with directions. Overall, a great stay.

An outside patio would have been good.

your charge for parking was terrible. For people staying at hotel, charging $44 a day is just plain robbery. You should be ashamed. Especially with all the construction around. Not coming back is you don't change this.
