Hilton Garden Inn Reagan National Airport

Personnel was kind and attentive I was able to leave my bag while waiting for the room. In the meantime, I went for a long walk and make good use of my time. The room was quiet and confortable

Breakfast was not included. I frequently used Hilton and breakfast buffet was always included for the price. I couldn't find city maps in the hotel. There were plenty of other places maps but not the main attraction to what is nearby "National Mall" The late shop didn't have anything hot to drink or a microwave where to warm food. Fridge didn't have not even a bottle of water.

maximal satisfaction as it was a last minute reservation when I left mine initial hotel in Washington DC due to absolutely unacceptable room conditions considering the 4* hotel (supernoisy ventilator right outside a room window and cockroaches in a room to "top" up the stay). This hotel is absolutely perfect for overnight stay with next day DCA departures (few minutes shuttle ride), but basically I can imagine to stay here even during the city visit as a blue line metro station (Crystal Park) is also 5-10 minutes walk. Bed was comfortable, coffee machine directly in a room.

Room & location were excellent; walking distance to Metro, very good restaurants & DCA. Other family had stayed here earlier during the year for spring break with their kids. They recommended this Hilton property to us.

Noted where there had been a leak in the ceiling near the window, awoke in the middle of the night, thought I heard water dripping but in the morning checked the carpet & found it dry so not sure what I heard.

Good location, parking at the hotel, good size room, refrigerator in room, clean bathroom, breakfast and dinner available, 24 hr water and snacks available for purchase.

The street was very noisy. Sounded like there was street racing going on at night. The carpet in the room was dirty.

staff was nice.

housekeeping never cleaned the room. we had to ask for towels each day. toilet wouldn’t flush. who wants to wait for towels and a plunger after being gone all day. we were exhausted and had to wait for those things after 11 pm.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The lobby is also clean and elegant looking. A great social atmosphere!!

The parking is very limited especially if you drive a pick up truck. Just tight quarters. It’s no fault of the Hilton, just the location makes it tight and not designed for larger vehicles.

Very close to airport, they provide a free shuttle but it's also a cheap taxi ride. Walking distance to metro. Some restaurants and shops in the area. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Not the greatest neighborhood for eating/shopping, but I was mainly using it as a jumping-off point to visit and work in other parts of the city.
