Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport

I love that the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I wanted to book this trip to celebrate my partner's birthday. I requested a cake, wine, and balloons in my room, and they displayed it so nicely. Originally, they said balloons weren't available, however a staff member went out of their way to add them in anyway. Thank you for caring about us as customers! I will most definitely stay here again in the future. We received free breakfast and a personalized note from the sous chef. We didn't anticipate to have a room like we did, but it was awesome, comfy, and super clean. The shuttle was super convenient. It was about a 5-6 minute ride from the airport terminal. Wish I could have gone when it was warmer so we could experience the pool area, but of course it was February. Other than that, it was a great stay!

I really love this hotel, especially when I get a deal like I did for this trip. It's a great location near the airport. They provide a free shuttle to Reagan Washington airport. The rooms are impressive. I had a great view.

I only stayed for one night this time (it's my second stay). I like the bar but I think the prices are too high. Six bucks for a Bud Light. Although, that's probably the going rate in NOVA.

The staff was super friendly. Love the layout of the room and how spacious and well decorated. Loved the location and the amenities available.

Loved everything about the room except 2 things...#1) the bathroom mirror light staying on all night long causing the entryway to be lit and it filtered to the bedroom keeping me awake. #2) The alarm in the room was inadvertently set to go off at 6 AM, waking me up out of a deep sleep. Something to just note that the aestethics of the room were wonderful until it came to the toilet...having a toilet that you find in gas station bathrooms cheapens the overall look and appeal of the beautiful bathroom.

I really wanted to take a minute to commend your shuttle bus driver named Billy , who was exceedingly helpful and pleasant to me this past Sunday morning. I was having an emotionally difficult day, as I was in town for my father's funeral the previous day. Billy's kindness toward me, without knowing what was going on, lifted my spirit , and touched my heart. I thanked him personally for that, but I want his employers to know about his actions, and how they impacted this guest.

The check in lady was THE BEST! So nice... and funny! I enjoyed talking with her. The room was pretty cool looking and the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are amazing! Thanks so much!

I had to check in and out faster than I would have liked, so I didn't get to see much. I liked the looks, the atmosphere, the personnel.... everything was awesome.

I love the pool area on the rooftop that I only had a chance too look at on my way down from my room as I was checking out because it was raining the two days I was checked in Smh The customer service was great. I promptly received most of everything I requested even directions for how to turn up the heat in my room.

The room wasn’t clean when I first arrived. Also, I wasn’t given the option of going to the bar and getting my food which was about $18-$20 less fees than room service. Unless requested, there was no room service. The amenities were just about non existent because of the pandemic, I suppose. Limited access but charging full price for the stay. However, this hotel isn’t the only one doing this at this time. It’s annoying but forces me to ask a lot of questions before booking. So thanks for the learning experience!

the hotel itself was beautiful

besides the kids running around and causing noise, this hotel was great except we only stayed for 6 hours because of our canceled flight from the airport and we were charged the full amount. the neighbors next to us would not settle down so that became annoying quick.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and had a smile! Rooms were updated, clean and beds were comfortable. My only issue is beyond the hotels control, which is that the metro is far. Highly recommend for anyone planning a visit to DC!

Clean, professional front desk, gift shop workers, Super Chef, & front door staff.

Key Club students ran, talked loudly, & sang in hallways from late evening, til after midnight on Friday. Kept us up late. Not mature enough to be left alone.

You step back in time at Williamsburg, including here. Whale oil lamps instead of light sconces; outhouses instead of toilets, complimentary cholera and ague if you ask.

I didn’t like having to sell my son into indentured servitude. We got a good price, but seven years is seven years. Also, the grab-and-go breakfast involved raiding an Algonquian village. It’s 2022, people.
