desk clerk was rude and not at all welcoming. Her attitude was that we were bothering her.

The customer serivce desk clerks went above and beyond. Always gave us what we needed with trash bags and towels. The breakfast variety was hot, fresh and delicious. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Wished they offered a slightly warmer blanket for cold stormy night it got extra cold and our main blanket was not enough.

Our room had a humidty issue, the entire time there was a watery layer on every table surface and on the walls near the AC. May need to look into that. The shower struggled to produce hot water on the last day but heard it was a hotel wide issue. The ceiling above the shower leaked water possibly a plumbing issue that can be easily fixed but the pop corn ceiling there will all need to be replaced due to the water damage or else mold will set in.

Clean rooms. There is not alot of hassle checking in.

Breakfast was not as good as my last stay. They also let the food run out and we had to wait awhile to get it. She brought out the food container one at a time. And appeared to be ticked that we were waiting for something to eat. The staff seem to hide out in back room until someone comes to the desk. The staff are not very friendly.

We left a day early, due to family/health issues at home. The worker was unhappy with me for asking for paper receipt. Also I am trying to check on refund for that day, July 21, and am having difficulty reaching booking.com. They have incorrect phone number due to typo error. Got tech difficulties message on other attempts. Thanks

Walking distances to popular food places. The staff was very friendly. Over all we felt it was money well spent.

The pillows could have been nicer, the material they were made of was lumpy and kinda uncomfortable after a while. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but at least the important things they we had to touch were clean.

The colors in the hotel was very inviting when we were checking out apparently my small children asked for cereal this was at 12:00 noon and one of the amazing staff there actually made them a bowl of cereal I thought that was so beautiful

Housekeeping could have done a better job there was a lot of hair all over the bathroom floor

I loved my stay at your hotel and its location. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the maintenance workers. The breakfast was great! :-)

I was very disappointed that I could not get the AKA Rate for my room. I asked before I arrived and upon checking in. I travel to Hampton often, but I will consider the other hotels and their rates in the future. I will be in town next weekend and on some future dates before the end of the year.

The staff is amazing and go above and beyond. I never felt like I was a burden when I asked for items or help finding something around town. Check in and out was fast and easy. The rooms are clean and housekeeping comes in to clean only when asked. The beds are pretty comfortable. And on rainy days there are a lot of channels to surf on the TV. The refrigerator is nice and big to hold plenty of items during longer stays. And because I can not say it enough, the staff if great and treat you like family. I had to switch from another hotel in a hurry and this one made the change very easy, and help me and my girls get settled in very quickly.

The breakfast was just edible and okay, nothing to write home about and not always tasty, for example tater tots that sat around too long and got mushy and the eggs tasted sort of processed or maybe like powdered eggs. Though having waffles or cold cereal was always an option. A couple days the juice machine was out or not working. Coffee was pretty decent and available 24/7. The room could do with and update. The closet door was gone and I hit my toes on the bracket/holder, that was still on the floor, a couple times. The hallway smelled very strongly of marajuana the first couple nights we were there.

The receptionist at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean......I am picky about cleanliness, and this room was great. Loved the laminate floor , no germy carpeting, no gross shower grout. The bed was comfy, clean, and we slept great. Fridge worked really well. The pool had just been inspected and reopened, so it was in tip-top shape. Breakfast, given COVID restrictions still in place, was pretty extensive....hot and cold options. Parking was easy. Fort Monroe and Outlook beach 10-15 min. away. Restaurant options in walking distance or a 2 minute drive. There was even a free open air concert in the little plaza area on evening.

Fitness room was warm, so I skipped it and swam laps. THe room is not a 5 star, there could be little touch-ups, but nothing to worry about. No complaints.

Excellent, professional staff. Soft, clean sheets. Beautiful pool and 24 hour business center. The breakfast was fantastic, and in this era unexpected. Most hotels charge for a simple continental.

The room was a bare bones; the white walls felt particularly sterile and there needed to be more pictures. The shampoo was also poor quality.
