Days Inn by Wyndham Hampton Near Coliseum Convention Center

I have been staying there for the last couple of weeks because of a break up with my husband, I paid for Friday night and I worked extremely late and my boss and coworkers were concerned about me going in the hotel that late alone I stayed with my coworkers, went back to the hotel Saturday to explain my situation they didn’t refund my money, I had no money and no where else to go on Saturday so I slept in my truck 24 degrees cold if only they could have used my money to pay for Saturday night so I would not have been in a cold truck all night

I requested second floor and got it :) the housekeepers were extremely friendly and even offered to bring me extra towels without me asking. This is an amazing hotel to just get away for a while and I appreciate it so much. I am definitely a return customer!

The vending machine was out of all drinks lol

The staff very friendly the laundry lady I call her Ms South Carolina she's always gets the job done the cleaning are very good at what they do respectful make sure you have all the essentials you need to make your stay welcoming

The check-in staff person was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the processing of my payment method, but she helped me through it, all with a smile.

I liked the comfortable mattress. I slept extremely well! I also liked that the facility was located in a central area close to everything in the area.

Our bath tub did not look clean to me. Also, I woke very early on Thursday morning to find a live baby roach in the sink. Room needs to exterminated.

I didn't like the fact u reserve online with expectation of breakfast included. And i called that morning just to me no breakfast cause if corona virus its too many dine in restaurants opened to. Not serve us breakfast

Good location, clean and quiet

Booked this hotel since they offered breakfast and had a pool. No breakfast and pool was closed. Should say this on site so people are not disappointed in when checking in.

Did not eat had very early check out linen need to updated. Wear and tear comforter, sheets, towels clean by rough

Towels were hard, coffee maker didn't work (didn't ask for a working one) went to 7 Eleven) only 1 hand towel for 2 ppl
