Hilton Garden Inn Hampton Coliseum Central

The hotel was fine. The room was comfortable and the staff members were pleasant. We had everything we needed for our stay. I also enjoyed happy hour at the bar. The location provided us with the perfect spot to stay. We were within 15 minutes of everything we had to get to in the Hampton Roads area.

There were a few things that I expected to be better for the price I paid. The ceiling was showing water damage and falling down in spots. The lamp shade was visibly cracked and the furniture was old and banged up. The bar closes too early.

The pool and hot tub was great. The kids loved it. Spent hours in there. The staff were super nice and the whole place was clean. Plus when I needed extra bath cloths and towels they just got them to me ASAP no fuss.

Definitely could use free breakfast. The bed could be a bit more firm. It wasn't bad but definitely the most comfortable. Price is a little high but they have an indoor pool and a restaurant so I guess that's what you're paying for.

Comfortable Beds and Pillows. Keurig coffee maker. Nice bar. Complimentary water bottles. Twelve o'clock checkout.

The carpets had a slight smell as if a pet had been there, definitely needed shampoo. No quiet hours were posted, and kids played by my door loudly through the night. I saw one tiny roach, that climbed out of the bathroom outlet, but I killed it and never saw any more. No lids for the coffee cups. Parking fee, only $4,

Staff were great.

1. There was a faded and frayed US flag flying, needed replaced especially for the 4th of July holiday. 2. There is no place to sit outside in the shade during the day. 3. For the price charged our room needed to be cleaner at check in and woodwork and furnishings looked they were 10 or 15 years with all the chips and scuff marks.

From the time I walk in the door my entire experience was wonderful! The front desk clerk or manager not sure... had a beautiful spirit she was so pleasant to talk with. For dinner I decided to eat at the bar and a have a few drinks. I felt so comfortable and protected I really enjoyed myself. The next morning the same desk clerk or manager was there to check me out. She stated that she keep an eye on my the entire night! wow... that was so beautiful! I will return one day soon.

I am the owner of a janitorial service. Upon entering the hotel or any facility I immediately look for cleanliness. My first impression was very satisfying. The lobby looked clean and smelled clean. The room and bathroom looked clean and smelled clean. This was not my first stay at this hotel. Previous visits as well as this visit was extremely satisfying. Also, the staff was polite, friendly and very helpful.

The staff was super friendly, welcoming and polite. The living space of the room was clean, and laid out nice. Not a spec of dirt remained.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom however could have used some help. The shower head had several leaks The valve leaked, and because of that the there was a fair amount of mold in the stall. Obvious attempts at cleaning were made, but until the leaks are fixed its always going to look like that. However I didn't expect much out of hotel shower anyway.

Location close to my family, enjoyed the fitness room.

The pool was small and my shower curtain had blood on it when I arrived although they took care of it the next day with covit still around that's 🚫 nothing to play around with. Also I thought complimentry breakfast meant free breakfast. 🥞🍳

I didn't have breakfast. The location was good!

Our room could have been a little cleaner! Our floor needed vacuuming and the shower rack had old soap left on it! And no inside shower liner!
