Hyatt Place Hampton Convention Center

Our rooms were neat and clean beds were soft and comfortable which I needed cause I was stressed and tired. Parking Lot was safe well lit cause is was getting in late from work.

After the first night the food I had in the fridge was warm and spoiled cause the fridge wasn’t working but it wasn’t a problem I fixed it and went out and brought more food and it worked for the rest of my stay. my bathroom had ants so I went out and got ant spray and sprayed it down.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. When our room didn't have a microwave, staff offered to bring a microwave up to the room for me. When I declined their offer, they showed me where I could heat my dinner leftovers up in the breakfast area of the lobby. The room was clean and otherwise well stocked. I also enjoyed using the gym. We additionally enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning.

I only wish our room had come equipped with a microwave and a safe. But staff was kind enough to offer to bring a microwave up to the room.

The room size was awesome, the breakfast was great, the vibrations of the people were good and the staff was amazing. We also love the indoor pool, the gym equipment and the autonomous door entry in the back of the building. The bed was Uber comfortable to sleep in! I felt well rested. Parking is good too

I don't like your choices of cable TV channels. Usually when hotels don't include a black TV network it points to racism for me and it is very non-inclusive. We're in 2022 this needs to change. The other thing is that you're not updated on your technology... The room had no HDMI nor did it have any YouTube or Netflix streaming on the TV... This was a huge disappointment because I was missing my TV shows and had to plug my laptop up just to see youtube. This is outdated. I also didn't like that my room wasn't just automatically cleaned and that I had to call to have it done. I was staying in the hotel for 5 days.

Great check in and check out times, more realistic than other hotels' in the surrounding areas. I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the spaciousness as well. Front desk staff was vey nice and courteous and well rounded. The overall stay was tremendous and I see why it's always booked and I highly recommend for the 757 Hampton area. Great Job. Please keep the quality hotels coming. The pricing and quality of the room was superb for that time of the year on NYE! Everyone there keep up the great work this will be my go to place for lodging when I'm in the area.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was superb even the pricing for the time of year.

The staff was friendly and conversational upon arrival. I wanted to order pizza for my daughter and they let me know I could give them my room # and have it delivered straight to my room instead of having to come down to the lobby. Breakfast was warm and full of variety. They had the basics like bananas, apples, yogurt, and cereal. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had almond milk for us dairy-free cereal eaters. The warm breakfast options included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and home fries. There was a variety of muffins and Danishes as well.

I can't say there was anything I disliked. My only critique would be having shower caps in the bathroom. I recall hotels used to do that. It seems to be a thing of old now.

It’s quiet. The rooms are huge. The beds are super comfy. They practice social distance and following the mask requirements.

The housekeepers….I paid for another. After me and my family left to go on an outing they threw all my food away. Stole my hygiene products. Nobody reimbursed me for anything.

Front desk and all the staff was just amazing.

The room was very spacious and clean. Check in and out was easy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. My husband was even impressed. I didn't use the business center but liked the way the lobby was laid out,and the decor. I would stay again, but anticipate the price will skyrocket when the water park across the street is open.

The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. The privacy shade in the bedroom was broken and maintenance couldn't fix it so we had to keep it down, losing sunlight. Otherwise all was very good.

Check in staff had completed my billing before arrival which wasn’t the issue. The issue was deposit for incidentals also was included with my billing before arrival. I ask whether I could place the deposit or the entire transaction on another which is usually customarily on arrival. The lady seem to be annoyed but, seem to not know how to update the transaction. She did not corrected. If not for the fiasco of early charging me before my arrival. I arrived on time too! The thing of not offering up an option even place the deposit on different card. Disappointing.

Julius was kind, ready and professional when I checked in at 3 am! The gentleman tending the breakfast area took time to say hello and make eye contact. Simple and powerful. Great staff attitudes- kudos. Furnishings were modern and well appointed with nice areas for meeting (I had a 7:30 meeting with an attorney and we could enjoy a clean modern working area and convenient access to parking and coffee!)

I could have used a magnifying makeup mirror.
