I liked the room was cozy didn’t give me “hotel” vibes more like home away from home. It was very quiet didn’t even hear housekeeping outside the room when they came around.
The room I was in didn’t have a hair dryer but I made due I just took the wet n wavy look. I also wish the prices was a little more affordable. This was a mental health day for me but with these prices I can’t take as many as I need.

Breakfast. The employee that checked us in she was great. Very helpful. Our last day their another employee was very accommodating in the breakfast area gave my daughter and I a tray to carry our food bck to her brother and father. Everyone was great.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast. The location was fine compared to where my family lived. The room & overall hotel were clean. I liked that the heat was turned on before I checked in so the room wasn't cold.
I didn't like the fact that I couldn't shut the curtain. There was a parking lot light that shone right in my room (room 323). Housekeeping never came in my room after I checked in.

The room was clean and kept at a cool temp which was nice on such a hot August day. There was a clean pool and a gym. The location was pretty nice as you are within walking distance to a Food Lion and it was really quiet. When coming from a loud city, it was very pleasant.
The only thing I did not really like was that when you turn the shower on water was coming out of the tub faucet as well, but it didnt really affect anything.

I stayed here a few times in the last month. It was very clean, staff (1 lady at counter) was especially welcoming. I will choose here over the Smithfield Station every single time. Great Stay!! I will definitely be staying here for travel, very soon
Back part of parking lot was poorly lit. Getting out of the parking lot to some of the retail/restaurants was not difficult, but I got there late and didn't see some of the best exits. Still, not a dislike, this is more of an observation.

The pull out sofa is directly next to the AC but we slid it over and that took care of the problem.

There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we arrived and the phone was ringing constantly. We could see the desk clerk sitting at a desk in another room looking at her cell phone but refusing to answer the desk phone.
