Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Suffolk, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was a good variety and the staff were so very friendly. I had requested something that wasn't out and they were very quick to get it for me. And they did it with a smile! The location is great with plenty of food and grocery options close by.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. The staff went out of their way to accommodate every request. They even went above and beyond by helping our group simply by listening to our conversation while in the lobby.

The Breakfast was Great! and the location was right off the Highway. The room was very spacious and clean, and the location was quiet and the staff was very inviting and held a conversation with you the entire time checking into the Hotel, held eye contact and made you feel welcomed. I would have loved to swim but pool was closed and will not open until Memorial Day. I had a pleasant stay.,

I didn't dis like anything except the closure of the pool, but that will not stop me from booking it again when Im passing through the area.

Breakfast was filling...Location felt safe all around

Didn't feel comfortable using their Wifi..old fashioned..had to leave the hotel and pick up a Hotspot make calls with clarity and get updated email..

We loved the location, the cleaniness of the room and the prompt attention giving when we had an issue with the A/C thermostat not working in our room, and it was taken care of very quickly.

What we didn't like was it seemed as though the bathroom vent/fan was extremely loud and that the walls were thin enough to hear the conversations in the adjoining rooms.

Brian, the General Manager is extremely hospitable. He is involved in the day to day management of the hotel and he makes sure the standards are adhered to. He will make certain you enjoy your stay. There's also another Front Desk associate that is incredible! She is such a friendly and professional employee that makes you feel like family. Her name I can't quite remember but you will know her by the warmth you'll feel from her and the uniqueness of her beautiful locs!

Comfortable and clean! Breakfast not so great! I know everyone has been taking precautions since the pandemic but I think Hotels are really taking advantage of us. Offers less but charges the same! I know they could do better on the breakfast. The eggs were like rubber. If they are going to have breakfast they should do it right or just skip it! No coffee? That’s unacceptable

Three issues need to be repaired in the room. A drawer handle on the dresser needs a bolt. The stopper in the bathroom sink is broken. Extra linens in the room for the pull out bed would be thoughtful.

The service was awesome front desk was super nice

Nothing really bad the AC unit in my room leaked a little bit so the rug was a little damp and the bathroom fan what's Dusty

Everything was fantastic!

There isn't nothing I can say I didn't like. I always choose here to stay with my family when I come to visit family, and it's always great to stay here.

Love this hotel, it's so clean and comfortable, the people are soooo nice and helpful, and the location couldn't be better.

There's nothing I didn't like.
