AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

we loved the location and hotel overall was great!

The floors in the room were a little dirty (we noticed this after walking around barefoot after a shower and our feet turned grey), and their toilet seats are loud which is just odd, but not a deal breaker. like most hotels the air conditioning didn’t make sense and the fan came on every couple of minutes, so we just turned it off until bed time. other than that, this place was great. we loved the lounge area - so comfy! the elevators were also quick so we never had to wait long for one. breakfast buffet had a decent selection and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive :).

The Point of Sale system was not working upon checkin. I submitted 3 credit cards and they told me it was my issue, told me to call my banks, it was completely embarrassing, I walked away in shame to call my issuers, but it was a hotel problem. Then I had to wait 30 minutes, while they rebooted their systems. I had to change rooms 3x before settling in… out the window in the first was a group of homeless men urinating, in the second, the room was rattling with the heating and air conditioning systems right outside my window, the third, not the same room plan was much better. I think Management should have been more accommodating due to the huge inconvenience they out me through.

Good quality of room and facilities. Ultra Fast internet (if connected via ethernet). Hotel is relatively close to Cheesecake Factory

A bit too expensive, there is some construction area nearby, no noise and not visible from hotel, but walking around is not as nice as it could be. (Nothing hotel can do about it)

Location was incredible. Close to what we needed. The room itself was a little small, however it appears to have been updated recently. It was very modern, the shower was large and bathroom was again, very modern.

The room was a tad small. I know it's only for staying over/sleeping, but we were travelling for pleasure, and sometimes it's nice to just get back to the room and relax. It's a little difficult to to that, as it's smaller. Also the coat rack is really high. My wife couldn't reach the hangers... :)

This property was walking distance to many restaurants, shops and a mall. The room was very clean along with the entire property. The free coffee in the lobby was nice along with the Live music on the weekends.

The only issue we had was that we waited a long time to get our car from valet and valet was an extra charge per night which gets expensive. Also, no pool or hot tub.

The staff was great. Chris at check in was so friendly and even throughout the staff greeted us. The male nighttime bar tender was awesome and helpful. We enjoyed the snack area, it had plenty of good snack options, even wine/spirits to choose from. It's in a perfect location and we could walk everywhere in 10 minutes or less

The parking was expensive. The pillows were extremely soft. The lights in the room were confusing or wouldn't turn on at all.

Hydration station with carafes available. Hydration station dispensed ice, water, and ice with water. Walking distance to the mall was very convenient. Needed an additional night and manager was very accommodating. Needed extra towels and they sent them right up. Had issue with onscreen TV guide and maintenance was there to fix the issue within 30 minutes.

Unable to stream video from phone to TV in room. Limited channels available for viewing but did provide Showtime free of charge for length of stay.

Modern clean stylish retreat hotel in the city. The location was perfect for walking around the city.

The light switches in the hotel room were extremely confusing. I would turn all of them on and still some of the ceiling lights wouldn't turn on. Cute little labels on light switches might be helpful.

Overall, we liked the hotel very much. The location is very convenient. The room is new and clean.

1. the room had a heavy smell of air freshener at the beginning and it made me feel sick. after a few hours, the smell went away. 2. the microwave in the ice room was super dirty and no one cleaned it.

I chose to stay at this hotel on my wedding day; they have been accommodating before/during the stay. We went two days before our check-in dated; just double-check for the details, and The front desk a lovely lady (im so sorry to forgot your name). She has been lovely and pleasant for everything. Also, the gentlemen who helped us to do the check-in was very nice and gave us Champagne to celebrate the wedding day. The room was super clean and bright, which helps me a lot when I am doing my makeup. I love everything about this hotel. Will definitely accommodate the travelers.

The housekeeping kept coming and knocked on our door twice. We would not need to clean before we check out because we were only staying for one night. Therefore, the housekeeping should have checked with the front desk and make sure the guest whether they have been checking out or not. Thank you
