Residence Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown

Friendly and helpful staff, restaurant on site technically opened for dinner but accepted lunch orders (nice touch), they charge for parking but it's secured parking, nice pool and small gym facility. Breakfast buffet was nicely maintained. Right off 405 which is great, and there's a backway in from the nearest 520 exit (for when 405 is not great).

Anything IT related was a bit wonky - door keys were finicky, signing on to the internet was differently weird for all devices, phone didn't work. Everything but the phones got resolved but it was clear the staff was very familiar with these complaints.

Room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great, lots of quality options. The staff were all very personable and lovely. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchenette, and the room felt cozy.

The stovetop in the kitchenette did not work well. One of the burners wasn't working and the only pot available in the cupboards that was big enough for pasta was way too big for the burner, so it took forever to heat the water to boiling. It took us 45 minutes to cook pasta that should have taken 10 minutes tops. That was a big bummer.

Bed was nice, kitchen was nice, tv was nice, space was nice. The breakfast was pretty good maybe a bit limited and considering it is Seattle area, the coffee didn't taste that good and wasn't that hot. Lobby was very attractive. The small marketplace was convenient for purchasing snacks. Location was perfect for visiting my family in Bellevue.

It was required to wear masks, and yet they had a cheerleading competition with about 100 people in the lobby (kids and their parents) and only about 10% were wearing masks. That was annoying especially with Omnicron variant of covid now and guests had to wear masks to walk around but not this large group of tightly pack people??? Parking was confusing to enter and expensive, $14 per night. Entrance is not well marked and I was not sure how to park when I arrived at night.

Clean, quiet, convenient to medical facility (reason for being there). Parking felt secure. Breakfast every day was very good-fresh hot foods, with options and a rotating menu-very much appreciated!

No outdoor spaces-would have enjoyed an outdoor table or bench for fresh air.

Free breakfast was better than I could have expected! Nice location, which made it easy to get to Seattle and downtown Bellevue. Location close to the botanical gardens was nice as well.

Honestly not much. Front desk was great. Might have been nice to have been aware of the parking charge, but it was only $14 so can't complain that much.

This is a fantastic hotel in Bellevue. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities are fantastic. The pool is a great size, and the laundry room was clean, perfect for running a mid week laundry cycle.

Easy to locate, just off of the freeway. Conveniently close to our destination in Seattle. On-site parking garage was nice.

The entrance into the property was not well defined. The parking garage entrance was opposite side of the hotel entrance. We figured it out and all was good.

The hotel itself is very nice. Large and open. Clean, great staff. The elevators went down while we were there but they were quickly resolved. The floor selection and view for us was perfect. I could hear the room nextdoor a bit, however. The cable tv options and selections therein were great. Kitchen in the room had all you would need. Loved having an I've maker inside the room.

Breakfast was awful. Eggs and oatmeal runny. Not enough options. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. The bedding and towels felt like they'd been starched. Very rough and scratchy. Not upgraded enough as far as the rooms go. No USB ports and outlets worked with light switches. Definitely didn't like the popcorn ceilings and low ceiling height. The restaurant and bar were never staffed so we never knew if it was open or not even though the signs said it was.

I chose this hotel because it had a pool which was great for the kids. We got adjoining rooms and staff were very accommodating. Very clean and well stocked rooms. Full kitchen which is always a nice option for families. TVs swivel 360 degrees so you can watch from bed or sitting area. Close to downtown Bellevue so everything very easily and quickly accessible. Hot and cold breakfast was very decent. Free WiFi. We would definitely stay again.

No hot tub. Had to pay $14 for parking.

I love the personal touches such as the games available to play

The breakfast was no better than cheaper hotels, super heavy on the starches. They did not provide bacon or sausage to go with eggs. Steamed broccoli and cauliflower is not a good substitute for breakfast meats!
