Loved the omelet station in the morning and definitely a very friendly staff

You could have done as you said you would do and not have cancelled my reservation before I arrived. Thankfully the staff member on duty when I arrived, Ren (not sure of spelling) took care of me to get me into a room. I called twice to advise the staff that I would be arriving at 1am the next morning due to my flight coming in at 1130pm and that I wanted to be sure I would have a room, they assured me they would note my file yet when I arrived I was told I had no reservation, thank fully i had all my confirmation information with me. Other than the initial hiccup my stay was wonderful.

The desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. I do like having my room cleaned and straightened everyday and that was easily arranged. Our children and grandchildren loved the breakfast buffet, the pool and the comfortable rooms. We also loved the huge central court with lots of room for visiting and lounging.

Pool could have been a couple degrees warmer. I also like more colorful decor.

Overall, good, though we specifically asked for a quiet room away from ANYTHING that could make noise and we put in a room next to ice machine. Also, the breakfast area did not open until 7.30 AM on weekends and I went down at 6.30 AM to get a cup of coffee and nada. Suggest you at least have coffee out for the early risers.

Love the two room layout of the suite. Complimentary Managers drinks and snacks was a lovely surprise. Free breakfast buffet was excellent, made to order omelettes even better.

Sleeper couch utterly uncomfortable. Slept on the floor the second night and got a better sleep.

We loved the kind suite! It has 2 separate TVs and a door to the bedroom that shuts off from the rest of the space. I was able to sleep in and not be woken up by my husband, so great! We also loved that the pool and fitness areas are open 24/7! Breakfast was great and the managers reception (free booze!) was a great surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

We just wish the adult swim hours were enforced. We went to the hot tub at 11:30 and there were teens cannonballing and doing back flips into the pool the entire time. 😣

they charge you $12 a night to be able to leave your car in the parking lot, crazy! we’re not in NYC!!! First time I knew of the fee was on my bill.

I’m accustomed to Embassy Suites managers reception and hot breakfast. Traveling during COVID has made some places’ amenities less than par. However, Embassy Suites has done a great job! The pool/fitness center has sign-ups. The managers reception still has drinks and snacks available. The snacks are just pre-bagged up. The breakfast still provides a hot breakfast sandwich and a selection of cereals, fruit, yogurt, coffee, etc. The rooms are always clean when I’ve stayed, and the beds comfy!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t enjoy about my stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast, make your own waffles was a big hit! I like that they change the food items a little every day. Rooms were a good size. I really enjoy having a bedroom when traveling with family.

I would have liked coffee to be out all day, or at least a little later than the breakfast area was open. We had a little trouble with the sofa bed, but it was fixed right away.

Love the price 130$ had king size comfy bed in its own room, with a closet, desk, tv and a balcony. Main room had huge couch with a pull out bed. Dining table with 3 chairs. Tv. Kitchen is tiny but it works. The microwave is in the bottom cupboard. Bathroom very decent size. My kids were very impressed with the room (although not happy they didn't get the bedroom. Lol) they liked the breakfast. I didn't have any. They also loved the pool and hot tub. This is the nicest hotel I've ever had paid for.

I was charged 36$ for 2 small laundry soap packs, regular size junior mints and a travel size advil. Last time I ever just say charge it to my room! That shouldn't of been 12$ Also I couldn't find the laundry room lol I even looked on the map and when I got to that area it says staff only. I just gave up and didn't do it.

We had a hot breakfast with waffles. There was a good selection of cereal and yogurt. Also plenty of fruit.

The was nothing we didn’t like. We stayed there before and would do so again.
