Hyatt House Seattle Bellevue

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My husband and I brought our kids for a family staycation for Christmas 🎄 They remembered our names and even opened up the bar a little early so my hubby and I could have a drink while the kids napped! The pool area and hot tub were clean and NOT over chlorinated. 👌

The only downside was that we reserved the King Suite for 4 people, and there weren't enough towels for every person. It wasn't a big deal to ask for more. But if I'm putting in the reservation that we have 4 guests arriving. There should be enough towels for every guest. Oh, and no lotion. But again, no big deal to ask and the staff provided!

The staff was very friendly and helpful on check in. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room was very clean (not always my experience at other non-Hyatt facilities) and well maintained. I just feel confident that I can trust that my experience will always be positive at a Hyatt hotel.

It would have been nice to have more air conditioning or other cooling air in the indoor swimming pool/hot tub area. It was really hot and clammy with all the body heat from the people combined with the hot outside temperature and so cool air would have helped.

Very good breakfast every morning. Always, hot water, tea + coffee available all day. Room was cleaned nice + early in the day + done very well. Small kitchenette + refrigerator a bonus as we stayed 5 nights. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

The guests before us had kept what smelled like fresh fish in the refrigerator. Consequently each day the odor became more intense. We really couldn't put food in there, but it was okay for water.

I liked the room, it was spacious, very clean, it was relaxing. Everyone was friendly!

Breakfast : no gluten free options and they did not have the list of ingredients so it was impossible to eat anything. I brought my own bread and use their butter. That is my suggestion : please be more aware of people with allergies, post the list of ingredients and offer gluten free options, and other options for lactose intolerant. It would be really appreciated.

Location perfect for visiting relatives and friends on Mercer Island & the Eastside. Hotel is in a quiet area of Bellevue and very close to both Factoria and Eastgate for shopping & dining. Comfortable and thoughtfully appointed king suite room with near-full kitchen, free breakfast and free parking. Exceptionally courteous and accommodating staff. Very clean rooms and public spaces. We will stay here again!

Breakfast--more variety in the grab and go breakfast would be nice.

well situated business style hotel. room had kitchenette,large fridge and dishwasher. easy access to freeway. walkable area. Jessica , the receptionist was very friendly and helpful…a real asset

just a suggestion…why not provide bottled water in the room…not a great expense and welcome after long travel

Amazing location to the transit center. Oksana at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Inside pool and breakfast was great.

It’s the only thing I found that I didn’t like was the bathroom sinks the tap is very close to the wall of the sink makes it a little hard to wash hands.

Great sized room. Very comfortable bed. The included breakfast makes this accommodation great value. Free and convenient onsite parking is excellent. Free computer and print access was very convenient.

Property was clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel smelled nice and didn’t destroy my hair. Breakfast was fantastic.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. Gym was a little small but still had multiple workout options.

the room was clean and quiet. the bed comfortable and the shower was great! The breakfast was exceptional. LOVED the fresh fruit. some places have not gotten back from the brown bag free breakfast of early covid days. shame on them. WAY TO GO Hyatt House.
