Hilton Bellevue

The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and the shower tile seemed like a recent/ well-maintained update. Pillows were big and fluffy.. Loved the friendliness of the waiter at the restaurant, the employees at the front desk, and throughout the hotel. Everyone was friendly and quick to help. Love the ambiance of the restaurant & the beautiful elevators. Like that this hotel has an outdoor pool, although it needs some groutwork, cleaning & more chairs but considering most hotels in the area don't have an outdoor pool and if they did, it wasn't open yet, we decided to stay here.

Limited # of pool loungers, algae staining and missing tiles/grout in the pool. Bed was hard and linen was coarse. My husband & I woke up sore the next day.

The rooms were big, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. We spent the extra money on the breakfast included option, and it was worth it. Breakfast included both hot and cold items, and was delicious. The restaurant on site was great as well! I liked that we were close to Seattle without being in the hustle of the city.

While this hotel is pet friendly, there isn't much green space for pets outside the hotel. There isn't much in the hotel in terms of snack options, and there isn't much within walking distance.

Room was great. Clean and good size. Hotel was easy to access with lots of parking. Helpful staff. There was an area wide power outage the evening of our stay. Staff member Norman went out of his way to get us ice so that we could chill our wine as we played cards in the mezzanine by emergency lighting.

Pool water was very cloudy when we arrived and made it so that we didn't want to use it.

Friendly staff, clean and very welcoming. Food and service for our function was awesome. I would definitely attend another function here. Check in and out process was easy.

Bed. Expected better at a Hilton. Too firm without a topper. When booking somewhere to stay overnight, the uncomfortable bed is going to put me off staying here next time.

This hotel was beautiful. lobby area elevators were lovely. staff friendly and helpful. rooms very spacious . the beds were extremely comfortable. room service was quick and delicious.

two out of the four elevators were not working. so elevator traffic was heavy at times. for the cost i would of liked a breakfast included. Parking fee should be waived since we are guest of hotel. this is not usually my price range hotel so for the dollar amount expected some more perks.

Easy access to & from freeway, just a short drive to Bell Square, hotel was great, room was clean, beds & furniture were comfortable, bathroom products of good quality, & plenty of parking.

They don't use fitted sheets on beds, just a flat sheet that was laid over mattress, which kind of bothered me, but maybe not others.

The rooms were nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The pool was good.

I would give a 10 out of 10 but the pool was a little dirty. There were a few band aides and other things floating in the pool that guests cleaned out. The restaurant was good but my steak was over cooked. Asked for med rare and got med, little to no pink.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great central location for our trip.

Although the hotel and our room appears to have been refurbished or renovated, the shower definitely could do with an overhaul.

I loved its style, especially the elevators, . The staff was very pleasant. I loved the Christmas tree and decor. They let me extend my checkout, which was very generous.

Everything was good. I had maybe wished I could have gotten a room with a better view but I believe it was full.

Front desk customer service representatives are amazing. After staying here for the second day, it is obvious to me how great they are. They are trying so hard to help irritated angry guests (because of the weather, old facilities, and current lack of amenities like housekeeping and towels etc. The front desk staff never lost their cool even when the guests went ballistic on them because of: guests cutting in line to check-in, lack of hot water due to a breakdown in the boiler, the lack of sufficient air conditioning in the rooms, lack of housekeeping for guests and general understaffing across the hotel. Superstars at the front desk include: Amy, Danny, and Krystina.

This hotel needs upgrades with regards to the air conditioning systems etc. It was really hot in the lobby and the rooms never cooled to less than 80 degrees.
