La Residence Suite Hotel

Kitchen, king bed (mattress), bedding, bathroom- very nice shower,, fan and soft lighting. Closet space, bedroom furniture and super quiet! It really had most of the comforts of home. Very comfortable in a very quiet, safe neighborhood, directly adjacent to Bellevue Square. The small living room was cool. We entertained our son and THE DOG for an evening. Had a great time watching the NFL playoffs. Wife LOVED the dinning room table chairs!

The.lighting was low and uneven but sufficient. Reminded me of my Grandma's apartment growing up. The TV was absurd. They said it was a 32". MABE! HBO included but the picture was framed even smaller for HBO. What? Would have been nice to have a kitchen sink faucet sprayer. Sofa bed was joke for an adult.

Cute and quiet hotel on the backside of Bellevue Square Mall. It's a 7 min walk to Bellevue's main strip. Our room was clean and had great wifi. The full kitchen was pretty cool. The continental breakfast was convenient for on the go snacks.

It would have been nice to have a TV in both the bedroom and the living room. We had to shuffle the one in the living room into the bedroom because that's where we spent all of our time while in the room.

Loved that there was parking available, rooms were fully equipped and clean, staff was friendly, breakfast had a lot of variety. Very close to snowflake lane and offered complimentary ice skating tickets! Out of the 4 rooms our group of 18 got we had a great experience!

Photos didn't include the kitchens and the pull out sofa was not the most comfortable. We had friends get a different style of room offered that seemed almost twice the size of the king suite, we probably would have booked those had we known they were available but booking didn't have them.

Super clean. Layout of the king room was great with a separate living area. Could use some basic updating but I actually quite appreciated the simplicity. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me and I was so pleased with how clean the room was. My only suggestion is that they should put bottled water in the rooms (even for a nominal fee).

WiFi was spotty. Laptop would not stay consistently connected

Breakfast was just continental, however the food on offer was very good & we were quite happy. The location was central for all our requirements, a very handy location. Loved having a kitchen. We were very happy with our apartment and the staff were fantastic.

A pair of tongs in the kitchen would have been great to use for cooking.

The king size bed and separate living room made the stay completely relaxing. It is perfect location, everything was very close. The lake is in the walking distance too, only 8 min away.

We had a room with a some plastic smell. We got used to it eventually, but in the beginning i thought it would bother us.

Great location in downtown Bellevue right by the Mall, but quiet. Also right by the downtown park and walking circuit. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel is small, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is fine but nothing special- the usual shrink wrapped hotel 'buffet' breakfast.

Very large suite and excellent value

Very minor issue - view from front of hotel is of massive parking structure for the big mall. Easy access to the mall, but a bit of an eyesore. Very minor issue.

Excellent staff welcoming from Lottie! Thorough briefing on facilities and breakfast offerings. Large suite, very clean, wonderful bed! Facility is a little older however, everything works and it is fully equipped.

I came to view the fireworks.. it was breathtaking!! I had a WONDERFUL stay.. and will be back in 2024. Thank you for the outside seating.. it was a perfect evening. Thank you beyond words.
