Larkspur Landing Bellevue - An All-Suite Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The building itself and lobby areas look great. This last time, I was traveling by myself. My room had windows that opened. I was on the third floor and had a view of the wooded hillside and I felt safe opening the window for fresh air. No one could look in. Overall, my unit provided exactly what I needed. I had a kitchen with a large refrigerator, a separate bedroom, plenty of closets, I really like the kitchen living room desk area with lots of outlets for your devices. Free breakfast and Coffee. The location in Bellevue was great. You could walk to Safeway, Rite Aid, the Outback restaurant and bar, and other shops in the strip mall. My Uber driver arrived in three minutes!

the king bed mattress was older and a bit stiff, however I was comfortable enough. The mircowave oven door was missing one screw at the handle, although it did work to open the door. The couch cushions were a bit frayed. I used my sewing kit to temporarily fix it. The toilet seat was missing a cap cover so it showed when you closed the lid. I probably could have called to get these small items fixed if I had stayed longer. A little paint, carpet and deep cleaning (or replacing bed skirt and curtains) would make it better but then the price would go up. The dishwasher was missing the kickplate but not too noticeable. The carpet was old and fraying but not dirty.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was great.

Our room overlooked a courtyard area where there were people using a barbecue. That was fine but they proceeded to stay outside talking and listening to music until well past midnight on a weeknight. Normally I wouldn't mind but it was directly below our window so there was no way to get away from the noise. I wish there would have been a time where the courtyard shut down.

Had surgery. It took us 4 days and 3 tries to get out of our remote, isolated village in Alaska. They were very accommodating when it came to adjusting our reservations. Camerin was AMAZING! We will be back next time we are in the area! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans silverware, can opener, glasses, plates, bowls and even wine glasses! Totally impressed! The bed was extremely comfortable. Every night we had a great sleep. I have never had a hotel bed this comforable!

staff was very friendly and thoughtful. we initially had an executive suite but they called us prior to check in that there was a promblem. Camerin had easily assisted and went out of his way to assist us in giving us two suites instead which suited our needs perfectly for an excellent price. great to know there are still great people out there. Great place to stay. It was quiet and nice location. staff is very accommodating and available. I enjoyed my stay since it was the first time I visited the state. would stay there again if there is a need.

would recommend updating some of the appliances.

people are always friendly, it's in a great location - right next to the forest but also very close to shopping center and restaurants. easy walk to my work. Rooms are large and comfortable and even have a built in kitchen and refrigerator for longer stays. Fitness center on site as well. They give you breakfast items in a little lunch bag, which is cute (like you're going to school haha)

Not too much. I wish it had a pool or hot but, but that's not possible. I wish the fitness center had some kind of exercycle/peloton setup and a water dispenser in the center.

That it had a small kitchen to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great.

The curtains would close properly and made it hard to have enough privacy and darkness. Great kitchen but they didn’t have enough supplies ( plates,utensils, etc.) for the parties in the room.

The room more than exceeded my expectations. Nice and comfy. Perfect for a home away from home. The staff was friendly and very helpful for all of my questions.

Nothing. There isn't anything I didn't like. Plenty of parking. My dog was very comfortable staying here.

I thought it was impossible to stay in a quiet room in Bellevue that was still freeway convenient. This is it. On a short deadend street! They offered a COVID-safe style breakfast, that was nothing fancy, but all I needed. A really lovely property.

Right next to Crossroads Church where we were attending a seminar. Great location, lots of restaurants, a Safeway and good coffee close by.

Weird breakfast where you have to order your continental breakfast.

So easy to select our breakfast items. Also easy to pick up our breakfast in the morning. Nice getting our coffee the night before in the lobby area and warming it up in the morning.

Did not like the towels in the bathroom. They were thin and scratchy. Our fridge was noisy. Also, sometimes the elevators would not work. The buttons would light up, but the doors would not close.
