Oxford Suites Silverdale

Oxford Inn and Suites properties always provide a good stay. This particular hotel had extremely friendly staff and a very nice bistro on the main floor overlooking the bay. The breakfast was exceptional.  The room was very clean and had a wide soaking tub.

Two small Complaints: The bed had extremely thick pillows with no thinner option available, which I would have preferred. I may have been able to ask for one and wish I had tried. Secondly, the hotel rates in the entire area have risen, a result of Covid, I’m sure. Hoping they adjust to be more reasonable over time.

We were very happy with our accommodations! We have stayed at other hotels in Silverdale and we like Oxford Suites the best! We will stay here from now on! The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious and the offering of soup and salad in the early evening is amazing! All the hotel staff are so friendly and make you feel like you are visiting family! My husband was very happy with the gym, especially the peloton! We both used the jacuzzi and the sauna also. It was just a wonderful relaxing trip! I highly recommend staying here! Best hotel in Silverdale!!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Normal size rooms for a hotel. The view is beautiful and the bar/Cafe staff were awesome. The ladies at breakfast cooked us eggs to our liking and there were plenty of options for breakfast. The evening soup and salad were great too!

The pool had a little too much chlorine for our family if the jets of the hottub were on. But they have a steam room and sauna that were awesome. One thing I didn't like was that I didn't get a discount through the hotel if I used a 3rd party booking app.

I thought the breakfast staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was above average for a hotel. I also think that the food service manager, Rachel, who was a delight the night she tended bar when we were there.

I didn't like the fact that I had to negotiate housekeeping services, for the price I was paying for the room, it should have been a given that I would get housekeeping services every day, not that I had to insist on it.

Great complimentary hot breakfast in their Waterfront Bistro, dining staff person Leona was especially charming and friendly; appreciated free tickets to manager reception on our last day. Really appreciated refillable toiletries; the lemongrass sage fragrance is very pleasing. How about selling some in your little store? Also props for ceramic mugs and glasses in room rather than disposables.

Hotel could use another elevator for employees so guests and workers don't have to get in each other's way. Wish WiFi were secured instead of wide open. The chaise sofa in our room was a nice touch it was too soft and squishy for comfort. Our stay was for 3 nights but we had to ask for the breakfast tickets every morning rather than being given them all at check-in.

This is our second stay at Oxford Suites Silverdale and we will be returning. Rooms are clean, well stocked, quiet, and comfortable. We especially like the complimentary breakfast (delicious!) & soup/salad dinner along with the excellent kitchen staff. This hotel is close to many shops and restaurants as well (Hops & Drops and Spiro’s are great local restaurants!).

Breakfast was tasty, the pool was great, the view was beautiful, great customer service and pet friendly :)

The Bistro restaurant inside the hotel had terrible food that was just inedible. Stale and felt like it had been left out and microwaved. I was concerned about food safety. Also, the sauna was out of service.

There were some dirty clothes, socks, underwear,shirts, pants in the closet in the room from a earlier guest. They smelled very bad. The woman at the front desk immediately put us into a other room. She handled it very well. House keeping missed it.

The room was nice and clean. That is pretty normal for this establishment. Staff are friendly. Also, the location is in the heart of Silverdale.

Overhead offerings of evening complimentary items but weren't told when we checked in. The room was overly heated. Overall, we would still stay again.

Clean comfortable and great location

Staff was very rude and very bothered when checking in amd they acted like It was a hassle to get a CC authorization from my husband. They didn't explain where the resturant was at all or how the cupons worked, so we didn't bother with breakfast or anything
