Quality Inn & Suites Bainbridge Island

Great! Didn't look like anything fancy on the site, and it wasn't, but I was surprised it had everything I want out of a hotel for room amenities (fridge, ice, hair dryer, microwave which was especially a nice surprise).

More an FYI for the island that there are only 2 ubers and they switch off shifts so be prepared to walk or have a car! The hotel did supply some numbers for taxis but they didn't answer. Staff wasn't the nicest to my friends but were fine for me.

This was perfect for visiting family on the island. It‘s rather close to the main street (Winslow Way), i.e. about 10-15 min walking distance. They have coffee and water for residents 24/7 (if I remember correctly). The staff was incredibly courteous throughout our stay.

It met my expectations.

Bainbridge island is a perfect place to stay when you visit Seattle. This amazing community, built to relax and enjoy the passing time, is the perfect retreat after a day in the city. You just have to walk 15 minutes to get on the ferry, that's it. The hotel is built right beside a busy road, yet you do not see or feel it because of the superb trees that surround the hotel. Highly recommended.

The bathroom is cramped and the fan is very noisy. Beside this little annoyance, nothing is wrong. The breakfast is Ok, nothing more.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for visiting the town center. We enjoyed the peace and quiet! It was a nice little getaway from Seattle for the weekend.

The buildings are old and it shows. The rooms were just OK and for over $100 a night they should have been a bit better. No one told us everything nearby closes between 8-10pm so the first night we had a wild chase to find dinner that ended up taking to another city nearby.

Room was very comfortable. Loved free sodas from front desk. Good location.

Nobody cleaned the room during my four day stay. I learned later you need to request cleaning. Some of the staff were not very friendly, but not all.

Excellent breakfast offerings. Location is quite good if you want to take the ferry in to Seattle.

I have some trouble walking and so having a room on the second floor was a problem. Added to that was the fact that the staircase was filthy. They claimed not to have any rooms available on the main floor, but there weren't that many cars there in the morning.

Breakfast was fine for us as we eat light and get going. Room was large and clean. Would like an easy chair for longer stays in the room. Cleaning staff lady was so helpful.

Had trouble keeping the room cool. The air conditioning did not do well

Great location, comfortable room, nice clean linens, would come back again! Loved that it was dog friendly and quiet.

Interesting smell in the room, and we weren't sure if the AC was working properly (maybe it was just quiet)

The remodel was fantastic, as was the way the hotel approached breakfast during the pandemic. They couldn't allow the "open room" buffet as normal, but they went one step above the "cold sack breakfast" approach by handing out a list upon check-in of the possible food options. We checked what we wanted each morning (for each member of our group), and then the next day the bags were ready to go with our customized meals. Anything that required heating was easily warmed via the in-room microwaves. A great approach, and very adaptive to the current situation. The staff was always very helpful too. A great experience all around. We'll be back, for sure.

It was a tad hard to regulate temperature in the room (alternating too hot and too cold), but it wasn't unbearable. Also, a few times people would be outside smoking, and the smoke got into our room, but it was very brief and easy to air out. Just uncomfortable/gross for a minute or so.

Great location .. Friendly and very accommodating staff.. Very clean ! Bed was wonderful. Great place and great value ..
