The location is amazing, this hotel is a great value for the price. The air conditioning is very good. We enjoyed our stay here.
It can be a little noisy in the morning when the roosters and the church bells harmonize but nothing too bad.

The room is spacious with a nice balcony. Everything is very clean and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The owner is very friendly and super flexible. He let us leave our luggage at the hotel since we were returning. The location is perfect--right by the church and a 5 minute walk to the lake.
The bathroom door has a glass that is opaque, but it's a bit see-through. A little awkward if a family member is showering. The wifi is also really slow, to the point that it's not usable in the evenings. I had to buy a sim card and hot spot. But otherwise it's a fantastic accommodation at a great price.

I loved everything about my stay Especen. It’s very close to the cathedral and Hoan Kiem lake, I’d say the location is just perfect. There are a lot of very good coffee shops and great dining options, my fave being Pho Bo Au Trieu. The room was huge, we had a balcony, a desk and a living area. The bed size was perfect too, it was a queen size(I think) and comfortable for sleeping. The water pressure and hot and cold bath was also great. The AC had a bit of an issue, it turned on and off intermittently, but it wasn’t a huge problem for us. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. I recommend this place 100%.
