Massive comfy beds, fantastic wifi, friendly staff and great location, everything within walking distance.

Even though it said breakfast was included there wasn't a restaurant or anything and when we asked about it they said they don't do breakfast anymore.

they advertised tea, coffee etc and that wasn’t available. in fact there was a sign in the room as well to say these things were available including ice and a kettle however no luck, not available which was pretty annoying. Take the sign down and change your website. 😔

The location is truly great, the Cathedral is just around the corner, the rooms are simple style, nice and clean. There’s a little spa room on the first floor with massages and manicure available.

For the first night I was staying they didn’t have the room I booked available. How come did you book it for me then? The room has two tea cups in it, but no tea bags or coffee and no kettle. They gave me a kettle when I asked for it, but it was so old and dirty with lots of incrustation inside, that I didn’t risk using it. Most importantly, when I couldn’t find the hotel, I called them to ask for help and instead of helping at some point they just hang up on me. I was standing in the middle of the street with my bags unsure of where I should go.

The hotel is one of the few in it´s price catagory that is clean and has no moist or bugs. The room we stayed was well equiped and mainted and even a bit fancy kitsch from interior This level of maintenance is difficult to find under 25$ in Hanoi. The staff has excellent service, special thanks to miss Linh to help with our visa problems. There´s lot´s of coffeebars on the street and it´s not a busy street to sleep in

There is a picture of a gym, but that doesn´t exist 😐 The wall isolation isn´t the best so if your unlucky your neighbour makes calls in the middle of the night as if he were in your bed

We are a family of 5 (kids 11,11,9) arrived in Hanoi and came directly to the Hotel. Manager so kind and helpfull. Familyroom for five was great with two bathrooms of good standard. very nice room out to the road and AC in both rooms. The location of the Hotel can in our opinion not be better. We stayed 5 nights and were very happy staying there

Good location. Walking distance to everything necessary yet in a quiet corner away from traffic noise. Slept well for all 5 nights. Rooms felt clean, hot water pressure was good. Beds firm. Receptionists were all friendly and spoke sufficient English for our needs.

Not much. Remember to ask for new room slippers

great and prompt service from the hotel staff, both in arranging for airport transfer online prior to stay and also when requesting for water in the room. location is convenient in the old quarter, lots of food options and good coffee places nearby. beds were comfortable and blackout curtains work well.

room was a bit dusty and there were some bugs (mosquitoes?) flying around. toilet seat was slightly wonky but works. not a lot of counter space on the sink but i understand that is a larger hotel design issue.

Very good location. They kept our luggage’s for 2 days when we left for free-but in the reception no security. Clean in general. Hot water and bathroom was fine. Spacious rooms. Family room is a perfect deal for 4 people.

Receptionist poor English unfortunately. A tile in the bathroom was misplaced causing noise and hassle not ok. many flies in the room when we arrived

Great location right in the middle of the old quarter. Friendly and helpful staff especially William and Hien on reception. I booked room with balcony Good size and good Size. Great value for money. Staff can speak English.

Nothing really .... wardrobe space to hang dresses was too short but that's very minor.

The location in the French Quarter was great.

In comparison to other hotels during our travels, it was less welcoming and friendly I guess. Some of the staff were ok, the room was pretty basic (had to ask for amenities) and breakfast was not included., no restaurant attached at all.
