Hanoi Diamond King Hotel & Travel

We had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights in Hanoi, then for one night when we returned from Cat Ba island. We loved our stay here, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The showers were the best we had for our whole stay in Vietnam. A special mention to Andrew, who helped us book transportation to Cat Ba and Ninh Binh, gave advice and kept in touch via whatsapp while we were away from Hanoi. We think you have a very bright future ahead of you and wish you all the best. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a few issues with paying as the usual systems weren't working but we understand this isn't really their fault and everyone was very apologetic.

I really appreciated the staff and theri availability. I had a problem and it was immediately solved. Nice to be helped in a foreign country and to receive advices

The first night we had a room on the first floor with a "fake" window and It was different from booking pictures. In general that room, had some problems with the shower, the walls and was not so clean overall. I would suggest not to offer it at the same price to the one I got after (on the fourth flloor) By the way, I immediately reported my issue and I have sook be helped and moved into a beautiful room

The hotel situated in Mã Mây, which I considers the best street to be staying in Hanoi Old Quarter. Tạ Hiện, Hoàn Kiếm Lake and Parking for scooters is within 5 mins walking. In comparison with other streets in the Old Quarter, it is less noisy and busy. It is also opposite to the monument Old House. Many great restaurants are nearby. The services at the hotel was also exceptional. Our room was cleaned everyday with new towels and toiletries. The staff were very friendly, professional and available 24/7. Got helped with our luggages and many personal needs. Definitely recommend and will come back if I ever want to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter again.

To the best of my memory, after the whole country was in the COVID-19 quarantine period, maybe around a year ago, I had a thirst for adventure, so I took a trip to Ha Noi. I would say the services in this hotel were splendid. When the bellman spotted us at the door, he immediately came and helped us with the luggage. He carefully instructed us on how to get to our room and noted the hotel’s hotline in case of emergency. Taking a look at our place, we were all astonished by the Old Quarter view that the room provided. One of the things that I loved most about this hotel was the amenities. The dental kits were sufficient for three of us, and the bristles of the toothbrushes were super soft. After my stay, I didn’t say thanks directly to the employees, but I left a few positive reviews on the Internet so that other tourists could come there. If I have the chance to come back to Ha Noi, I have no hesitation in visiting this place.

Everything was so perfect. I was very comfortable at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfartable, there were toothbrush , cotton buds , towers and also dressing gown, the room was large , free tea and cafe. And helpfull and kind staff wellcomed me. I will come back again

The keys are magnetic card which is easy to drop and lost. I would prefer normal key with it is keyholder. It would be heavier and less chance to lose

The most lovely staff! So nice and helpful. We lost an item and weren't sure if it had happened in the hotel or before we got there, but the staff went out of their way to help. They even checked their cameras and sent footage to us so we could see if we dropped the item. Throughout our stay they were always very nice to us and gave much care to everything. Good and comfortable room for a good price! Very nice and central location. Good laundry services.

Everything was so nice!

The hotel is right in the Old Quarter aka the heart of Hanoi, it's easy to walk around in the evening (especially weekend when they block the road from vehicle to open the walking street with lots of performance). Room is nice and well equipped, the staffs are very friendly as well

It would be nice to have better sound insulation, there's a bar/club nearby that plays loud music till late

Great location, easy walking access to everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was comfy, the AC was great (it was 40C outside so this was needed).

The shower was a bit pathetic, the toilet seat is spring loaded to go down, the balcony which cost extra was so small I couldn't turn sideways.

Everything! We have just finished a fabulous 4 night stay at this hotel. We stayed at a few different hotels in Hanoi during our trip and this was by far and away the best in terms of overall quality and cleanliness. Perfect location, incredibly friendly staff and well appointed rooms. Its everything you could ask for, without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay here again.

nice hotel !! very clean and spacious room , all the facilities in really good condition … the wifi works really fast …we stay 2 night and then we back again because we loved …perfectly located around good restaurants and shops ..the staff was really helpful and kind with everything that we need 😊 definitely I will back !
