Elite Central Hotel Hanoi

The Elite Hotel is a very good option for whose wants to stay at the heart of Hanoi expending less money. All information is true to the ad. The place is very well located, close to everyplace and really easy to walking tour. The hotel is really basic but clean and functional. The room has a good size, is neat and clean. The sheets and towels are white, clean, and comfortable. The room made girl is a kind person, everyday she change the towels and let some water for us. We had a great experience there. We were very welcomed by David, he gave us all attention needed. In general is a great choose for a couple of days, staying good and fair price.

We have no complains about our stay! Just two points importants for your attention: Shower water sometimes oscillates between very hot or very cold, and there is no elevator, just stairs to the rooms.

My favorite thing about my stay here was hands down Đức (David), the hotel manager and operator. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond in helping me feel like I was at home. I would totally go back and book this hotel again, just for him!

Very good location, very clean rooms - very good breakfast - I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was Jake, David and Tracy .They were able to arrange trips for us a Hanoi food tour, Ha Long Bay, Ha Giang and Ninh Binh which were great quality and price with great services as the staff themselves have tried them. We got many tips on weather, things to buy and overall great service.

There was no breakfast which we knew. Perhaps a simple continental breakfast could be considered as an option.

By far the best accommodation I had for a long time. The room was in the 6th floor; unfortunately no elevator but the boys carting your luggage up and down. The room was super nice; clean and overall great value for the money. I also want to mention that the reception guy had some kind of disability. One of the friendliest persons I meet in Vietnam, extremely helpful and always with a smile! Awesome to see that such a nice place is even going beyond the standard procedere and offers not so fortunate people as well employment - thanks guys!

Honestly; nothing for the asked price.

I like the room is tidy maybe a bit of details for the cleaness can be improved. It’s very walkable to the center area. The staffs are amazing especially David, he is so friendly and warm! I love his voice everytime he says Hi! I’ll definitely be back when visiting Hanoi

The bed sheet has a bit stains and the AC remote for room 305 somehow works slow, please check it. There is no elevator for this hotel

My favourite part was the staff.They were nothing but helpful and kind especially Duy and Du Van Duc.They made my stay more enjoyable .Also ,the location of the hotel is superb. Duc and his brother Duy helped me with everything including my transportation on a daily basis.I have been staying for a week in this hotel and these 2 brothers made everything easy for me ,can’t praise them enough for their efforts.A special thanks to Duc because he spoke english in a clear way and he sorted things out for me .

The non smoking policy

great location and the staff were amazing, very helpful polite and welcoming. went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my stay 😁

only issue was the stairs, was narrows and allot of floors to go up. ideally the could use a lift
