Armidale cottage immediately feels like a comfortable home. It has plenty of amenities available in the kitchen and living area eg computer. The location is great, surprisingly quiet as it is set back from the street. Across the road from a great playground and a short walk to Armidales best French patisserie cafe and Aldi then on into town. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Whoever designed the house made the most of every space and all the rooms were decorated with flair and imagination. The desk and computer area were useful. Having a garden and outdoor seating was a real bonus, even in winter. This would have to be one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at in many years of travelling. Next time I'll bring the dog.

That narrow driveway was a challenge. We used it on arrival but afterwards parked in the street. It was a bit cold in the master bedroom with no air conditioning.

The accommodation was great, lovely courtyard, clean, comfortable and had a nice feel to the place. Has everything you could need. Definitely recommend to stay here

Check in time is 3pm and when asked if I could check in earlier I was told it is $20 every hour you check in early. I arrived at 12 after a long trip so it cost an extra $60. Seems a bit steep and makes it hard for out of town travellers to check in and get ready if going out.

the unit was spacious, so fresh and inviting, and we slept so well on the extremely comfortable beds. I would come back here in a heartbeat, so central to town, yet quiet and safe. The shower was so beautiful with all you could need ready to go, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. the towels had a fresh lemon scent, and the sun came up over the lovely private back yard, perfect for that morning cuppa!

Lovely, clean cottage. Well located, close to centre of town, busy road, but very quiet. Nicely decorated, very homely feel. Vey comfortable , good communication with owner.

Very well equipped kitchen, but would've liked a sharp serrated bread knife to cut our crusty bread, paper towel as it is easy to wipe up spills on tiled floors, and some fly spray.

Lovely 3 bedroom house, light, airy and open plan with convenient driveway parking. Parrots flying around in the back gardens of the houses. Plenty of toiletries, towels, tea towels and extra food items available in the larder. Peaceful and private garden with al fresco dining.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss and has been reported to the owners to help them resolve the issue.

every thing was great and opposite the park for the dogs walk i could make my coffee i jut love armidale we visited elderly relations saw grandparents house and viited the cemetery wher my mother is we go at least twice a year and hope we can stay atyours again.

Everything - Armidale Cottage is as good as a home away from home gets. Modern, clean, roomy, beautifully furnished, and thought out so you essentially want for nothing. Our party universally felt the same way. Plus off street parking right at your door adds to the convenience. Yes, we'd return in a heartbeat. And lastly all at a reasonable price.

Truly nothing to dislike - it was first class and exceeded our expectations.

Excellent central location in safe and quiet part of Armidale. We were driving through after visiting family and will definitely stay again when travelling through. We really enjoyed having the extra room that you don't get with a hotel and seperate lounge and kitchen and especially that it was pet friendly. Nice and clean and off street parking too which is always a plus!

beautifully set out, comfortable home. We loved the special touches like the basic pantry (which was more than basic by the way!) toiletries in the bathroom just in case, and the really well appointed kitchen. We love to cook in when we stay anywhere and your kitchen was exceptional. thank you.
