The room was pleasant and tea coffee and mild supplied with a kettle and a sink in the room Good food in the pub, nice heloful staff

A lot of stairs to the rooms snd share bathroom.

A quiet room with sink, TV, fridge and wardrobe. All I needed for 1 night. bathroom was next door to my room. A very central location walking distance to cafes and shops.

I expected a simple pub room and that's what I got. The hotel had just changed hands that day, so the restaurant was closed, but no issue as plenty of eating places nearby.

Great for one night. Bed was really comfy queensize. Had air con so was great for a humid night. The staff were absolutely amazing. Eddy checked us into our room and was friendly and super helpful as well as being a great bartender. Mark the chef made the BEST Chicken Parmi and biggest I have ever eaten. Food was spectacular 😋 also great to see a skate ramp in the beer garden with people enjoying and a pool table fir a few games.

Only a few small things no teaspoon to stir a coffee and 2 out of three toilets had no toilet paper so you had to make sure you checked. I put some into other toilets several times so people didn't get stuck.

The hotel, although old, was spotless in all areas including the shared bathroom.

The hotel met all of my expectations and we will utilise it’s facilities the next time we are in Ballina.

Location was great. 2 for1 meal deal that night. Friendly staff. Amazing value.

Wish we could buy breakfast there.

I liked the proximity to everything, woolies across the road, takeaways close, nice stroll to the river. The room was adequate for my needs, the bed was comfy and aircon cold. Enjoyed a really nice meal and for $15 + surcharge for public holiday it was great!! The staff were really friendly and accomodating. I thought the shared bathrooms would bother me, but it was fine. I would stay again!

There were no spoons for coffee, but I asked for one and they were very accommodating.

Grate stuff, in town close to banks,shops,river,clean room,clean toilets and showers,Great food ,and bar,good entertainment pool table,big tv screen in the pub to watch sports ect,bands playing on certain nights which is good not meny places give bands a go these days over all grate

Just the wifi not crash hot cuts out alot

The accommodation was fine the really clean very well made bed but it was a pub and very noisy of a night so forgo sleep for a cheaper rate

Nothing to dislike if you make the choice to stay there everyone was helpful everything was clean and fine and just you know it's going to be noisy

Staff were incredible!! Very friendly, great attitude and accommodating (pardon the pun 😁) Eager to make sure my stay was a great experience, and very welcoming!! 💯

The shower temperature was intermittent while on full hot,.. and was a bit hard getting in and out of the toilet cubicles... But it really didn't effect my experience at all. Very happy and am looking forward to staying again next time I'm in Ballina 👍
